5: First Approach of the Dark Queen

The sun gleams bright at Sunshine Valley, the town full of the beautiful sun and nature. At the park, Mimino is sitting down underneath a tree to cool off because the temperature is warm almost close to the end of summer as autumn is coming soon.

She looked at the other people enjoying the last day of warmth, kids were playing and many adults were either doing a jog on the trail or riding their bikes.

"I cannot believe how far I got in battles, it felt like it was the first time even though I have now two forms." She talked to herself.

On the other hand in the Abyss Gate, Queen Kasdeya started to feel furious after watching the recent battles seeing her pollen bugs being defeated by Ultrawoman Rose.

"That warrior of light... she keeps beating my minions!! I just want Earth's nature power, know what, I am heading down to Earth and find this new hero." Kasdeya smirked as she stood up.

Back on Earth, Mimino was still sitting underneath a shady tree. A soccer ball rolled over to her as a boy chased after it and Mimino picked it up. "Here you go." She rolled the ball back to the boy. "Thank you!" He thanked her as he ran back to his friends.

Watching the boy run back suddenly reminded Mimino of a thought to keep as a promise. "I have to fight to save everyone, not just nature alone. I wonder if there are any past heroes like me who fought for what they love most."

At a random moment, Queen Kasdeya was lurking on the same tree Mimino was sitting down on, looking down over her from the branch. "Ultrawoman Rose.... that hero of light created by an ordinary girl. That seraph has some tricks up her sleeve." Kasdeya told herself in a whisper. As her shadow lurks at Mimino more, it's visible for Mimino to see in front of her.

"What the... this shadow, how is it possible to show underneath a shady tree?" Mimino looks at the shadow that approached her.

Looking closely, the shadow's face forms into Kasdeya's appearance smirking at her.

"Ultrawoman Rose.... I have come to see what you're made of." The shadow hissed.

Mimino screams in fear as she stands up quickly and tries to step away from the shadow. "W-who are you! Reveal yourself."

"My name is Queen Kasdeya of the Abyss Gate. My goal is to take away the nature of this planet and destroy you especially." Kasdeya revealed herself out of the shadows as she introduced herself.

"Now, show me what that seraph made you become!!" She added on as Kasdeya used her dark magic to grow big.

As when Queen Kasdeya grew, people screamed in panic and ran in fear. Mimino runs towards the queen as she takes out her Rose Palette and Bud Stylus. She opens the palette and presses the three big buttons with the stylus. BLOOM, POWER OF THE ROSE!  "I ask for the power to protect, magical rose translate!" She shouted to activate the transformation, red roses form around Mimino's feet as her body glows a galactic blue color.

As the buds fly up, a superhero-like armor magically appears on Mimino's body completely transforming into Ultrawoman Rose.

After the rise, Rose gets into her fighting position ready to face Queen Kasdeya for the first time. While for Kasdeya, she sets aside her dark staff deciding to do the battle physically. As the battle begins, both Rose and Kasdeya run towards each other.

With each and every attack attempted, the results are either a miss or a simple hit. Kasdeya pushes Rose back, causing Rose to hit a nearby building.

"Tsk- I didn't even expect this for a queen." Mimino mumbled as she got up at a steady pace and her anger started to grow wide. "On the other hand, I will do whatever it takes to defeat you!!"

"Try me, you rookie warrior of light." Kasdeya hissed right back.

Rose clenches her fist tight against each other, spreading the hands out as magical rose petals form circling around into a bud, goes into position for the finisher. "Rose Tourbillon Ray!" Mimino shouted as she released the beam attack.

"Shallow Crevasse Reaper!" Kasdeya shouted as the queen formed a dark violet curved blade, slashing it towards Rose.

As the two attacks collide towards each other, pushing back and forth rapidly, Rose's color timer starts to beep a warning.

Rose and Queen Kasdeya both try to force their attack to go towards either direction, then suddenly the attacks fused to cause an explosion in the sky.

After when the explosion occurred, Kasdeya retreated for now before the smoke fades away. Rose uses her hands to clear some of the smoke aside, but she notices that Kasdeya was not there. "Where did that queen go?" Mimino wondered in her head.

As time almost ran out, Mimino decided to grow back to normal size, landing on the same spot from where Queen Kasdeya grew large.

She continued to wonder why the queen approached her. Was it because the queen wants to test her strength or to give a warning?
