Chapter 7: Onstage

As the dancers brought me out I sat on a stool. Johnson smiled at me as I smiled back. I looked out in the crowd and saw I got some dirty looks but I ignored it. I was literally having the best time ever.

"Ok so guys this is Alex. She had hurt her foot right before the concert had started and we felt bad that she missed the first part of the show. So we brought her onstage for the second part. We are going to sing right where you are which is a new song that we haven't sung on tour yet. So we were singing a special song for a special girl"

He then winked at me and I melted inside.

The music started and I couldn't help but cry because I was so overwhelmed at the moment.

Jack, jack, and the dancers were circling me as they sang. Then they spread out turned around and bowed down to me. When Gilinsky went out to sing Johnson came back to me and our his hand and rubbed my thigh.

I felt so tingly on the inside. Then the lights went off and jack said.

"Put this on"

He then kissed me on the cheek and rubbed his hand down my back and it was about to touch my butt but then the lights came back on. Really? he was about to touch my butt! come on!

Few minutes later I got off stage as Johnson helped me backstage. He then went back onstage to sing some more.

"ALEX!" I looked up to see my friend Haylee yelling at me.
"GET GAVIN!" she then pointed behind me.

I turned around and saw Gavin Becker behind me.

"Hey Gavin my fried is up in the balcony could you wave to her?"
"Yeah yeah sure!"
"Also you noticed her on you now and said you would sing happy birthday to her after the concert"
"Yeah I'll do that"

Then Jack and Jack came back stage and Gavin went on.

"I'm really bored" Jack says
"Same bro" Gilinsky says
"Well it's kind if known for you guys to play truth or dare when y'all are bored"
"You're right lets do it" Johnson smiles at me.
"Kenny! Ryan! Sammy! Tyler!"
They all came.
"Guys we are playing truth or dare"
"Classic"

We all sat down in a circle and played truth or dare. It was kenny's turn and he looked at me then smirked.

"Johnson! Truth or dare"
"Dare"
"I dare to kiss her" he said indicating me.

I froze did I hear that right. Before I knew it I saw jack lean over but before he did he said
"You didn't say where"
And he kissed me on the cheek. Well actually it was more like the left half of my mouth.

"Well damn" I said
Then they all laughed. Well all except Gilinsky. I don't know what it is but I think Gilinsky has something against me which I don't get. I'm his fan.

Then kenny went back onstage and Tyler, Ryan, Gavin, and Gilinsky left. It was just me and Sammy sitting on the floor.

"Hey do you like Hayes grier?"
"What kind of a question is that of course!"
"Read this and then talk to him"
"Ok thanks"

I took his phone and read the messages.

Jack: Hayes there is this girl I want you to see
Hayes: send a pic
I then saw I pic he took I didn't even realise but I was smiling and I looked goooood
Jack: here
Hayes: dude she's beautiful like 100/10
Jack: want to talk to her?
Hayes: hell yeah
Me: uh this is the girl in the picture my names Alex
Hayes: you're really gorgeous
Me: thanks you too
Hayes: 😂😂😂😂 thank you
Me: hey it's the truth
Hayes: you're really funny I like you
Me: I like you too
Hayes: of course you do. Who doesn't? I'm adorable
Me: yes you are
Hayes: look I gtg Nash is calling me but I hope to meet you sometime
Me: yeah I might try to get some m&g tix to your next show
Hayes: I hope you do bye bye gorgeous
Me: bye

I gave the phone back to Jack. I saw his face drop once he read the messages.

"If you could pick between me and Hayes who would i-"
"You"
"Really?"
"Yeah why wouldn't I?"
"Well I don't know"
"Jack I really REALLY like you a lot so don't think I would pick someone over you"
"It's good to see a girl who likes me more"
He had the cutest cheeky smile ever
"I love your smile"
"I love yours too and your laughs are hilarious"
"Thanks"

He gave me his phone again and I realised it was on snapchat

I looked at him weird and he said
"Add yourself"
"Oh ok"

So I searched my user and added it.

"Now we can talk after this and keep in touch"
"Wow I didn't think this would happen"
"Why?"
"I mean I'm a normal girl and you're well you're JACK JOHNSON why would I expect you to add me on snapchat"

I heard him mumble something but I didn't catch what he said.

"Alex how old are you?"
"Guess"
"16"
"Yeah let's go with that"

He laughed and now I guess he thinks I'm 16 well ok that's good now I have a better chance.

"You are really adorable and nice and funny and cute and I might actually write a song about you someday"
"Wow thanks"
"Well it's the truth it's what I think about you. You asked me earlier to speak truthfully and not just say nice things because I'm paid for it. I'm telling you how I really feel"

I swear that none of this is actually happening. Did he really just say that? I feel like I'm living in a fanfiction right now.
