The Airport

When we got to the airport we had to check our bags in. When the teen behind the counter asked my name I said "Lana Lazar", he looked up and said "Happy one- year anniversary."

I almost punched him. I scowled. "Some of your fiends have already checked in.", he said. I ignored him and walked away, my bag would be. But on eh plane anyway.

My dad carried my other bag that had my computer and stuff like that. We walked through security and into the waiting area. I searched for my plane and say down in the seating area. My mom gave me $20 to get something to eat and drink.

I hurried over to the McDonalds, which reminded me of Albert, who couldn't make it because of some business meeting. I walked in the line and noticed someone two people in front of me. I'd recognise that blonde hair anywhere. "Astrid!", I yelled.

Her head whipped around instantly. "Lana!", she gave up her place in line and ran over to me. We hugged and she smiled. "How've you been?", she asked. "I'm fine. Is Sam here?", I asked. "Yah he's over by soda machine", she said. I hugged her one last time. "I can buy your food if you want", she offered. I handed her my money. "Number 2 please.", and I ran off to the vending machine.

I noticed his shaggy hair and a dark haired girl about an inch smaller than him. Diana. I ran over to them and hugged Sam from behind. "Who-", he began but was cut off. "Lana!", squealed Diana. I stopped hugging Sam and embraced Diana. "Lana I've missed you!", this from Sam. I stopped hugging Diana and turned to Sam. "Happy 1 year anniversary", I smiled.

"That's the first time I've bee seen you smile!", he seemed shocked. "Do you want a soda?", Diana asked. "It's fine, Astrid is getting me something."

After that reunion I went back towards Astrid. She handed me my meal and empty cup. "I didn't know what soda you liked", she sounded ashamed. "It's fine.", I said and went to pour my cup .

"Flight 326 to New York is now boarding", I heard the speaker say. I ran to the and and grabbed my stuff. "Bye mom and dad, see you Sunday.", I kissed them. We FAYZ kids got boarded first. Sam and Astrid in the first two seats. Diana and I behind them.
