"come in!" emma yelled
"hey em" theo spoke as we entered the room
"hey" emma said with a faint smile
"listen i wanted to talk to you" theo said continuing the conversation.
"uh- ok what's wrong?"
"well uh you know... summer happened and i want to know, what are we?"
"we're friends, rights?"
theo didn't like that answer. he wanted to be way more then just friends. he needed to ask her out but if that's what she thinks, well he just can't.
"y-yeah we are just friends"
"good i want nothing more then that" emma lied.
theo soon left and emma and draco had talked for a little while longer until they head down to the great hall for dinner and sat down at the slytherin table.
"hey guys i'll be right back i'm gonna go talk to cedric real quick" emma said before she could sit down.
she head over to the hufflepuff table and tapped cedric on the shoulder.
"hey ced can we talk?"
"uh yeah what's up?"
"listen i'm sorry about being selfish. i just don't want to see you get hurt." emma said looking down at the ground.
"hey don't worry about me, and i forgive and i'm also sorry i called you selfish when you were just looking out for me" cedric said as he got up to hug her. emma was so relieved that her and cedric were one good terms again. as she made her way to the slytherin tables.
"everything good with cedric?" adrian asked. "yeah i apologized for letting my narcissism get in the way"
