"Books? Check. Pencil? Check. Bubble gum? Check"
I sighed as i finally decided to close my school bag, put it on my back and open the door, stepping outside. I closed the door behind me and it locked itself. As i looked to the front i saw soojin waving from across the street before coming to me and wishing me a good morning. Soojin indeed kept her promise and we met up a lot in the past 4 days to improve my korean but to be honest it did improve but not because we studied but because we got close to eachother. And through that we found out that i'd be soojin's new classmate since i'd be visiting class 12-C of saebom high and to be honest i was scared. Not that anything embarrassing would bother me but the fact that people might not like me made me really anxious somehow. Soojin and I continued walking down the street chit-chatting mostly about how i wouldn't embarrass myself already with my introduction.
Before we noticed we already arrived at my new school, saebom highschool.
Many and i mean really many students headed into the big building in front of us and now i just felt really small in my purple uniform. At my old school i could at least pull off good outfits to distract others from the fact that i had dark eye bags and forgot to put on some make up but here it seemed like everyone was the same, except for the face by which you got judged by. Unlike Soojin, who walked with confidence without any make up hanks to her fair skin and natural beauty, i wasn't that pretty if i'm being honest at least not compared to someone like her.
