──── chapter thirty !!

"Alright, short summary : you guys graduated, Jukyung and Suho are dating whilst you and Taehoon broke up, Soojin basically disappeared and you're seriously like studying?? At an university?? Suah gosh, that's... a lot of change"

"Yea pretty much, at least the tteokbokki here tastes the same"

"Right! Do you know when Jukyung will arrive?"

The moment those words left my mouth, I heard the bell which was hanging above the door, announcing a new customer has entered. As i turned around I saw a young woman and after a few seconds i recognized Jukyung. Both Jukyung and Suah have changed a lot of their visual appearance, just as i did, but they're characters seemed to still be the same since once i raised my hand to signalize Jukyung where Suah and I were sitting, my old friend ran to us and pulled me into a long hug. Yep, Jukyung was definitely still the quirky and adorable girl she used to be.

I thought we all would be a bit awkward since a lot time had passed, but the conversations felt like i was taken aback two years. A lot of, honestly many hours, hours has passed and even after we finished our meal, we went outside - continuing to talk about this and that, mostly about my career.

"So instead of studying you became a successor and model?"

"As expected of our Gracie"

I shyly blushed as the two females were expressing their pride in me. It really was like I was back to the girl I once used to be and I didn't even notice, being with my old friends was everything i needed and I lost view of the time as Suah dragged us in another shop since I told them about Jake's upcoming marriage and obviously thought it would be a good idea to invite them. Actually Soojin was the first i thought about inviting, but as i asked Suah why Soojin wasn't here she just avoided it and I didn't want to break the happy audience later on so I just went along with the flow.
