(this takes place before the first Oneshot)
*cinderella was kneeling at the grave of her mother under the willow tree sobbing missing her mother all too much*
cinderella (sobbing): oh mother how I miss you ever so...
*cinderella lets out a shaky sigh, transforms into poppy without knowing and starts to sing*
poppy: now I heard there was a secret chord...that David played and it pleased the lord
poppy: But you don't really care for music do you?
poppy: it goes like this..the fourth, the fifth, the minor fall then the major lift
poppy: the baffled king composing hallelujah
poppy: hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah
*meanwhile a troll was leaning against a tree when his ears picked up a sound and headed towards it*
*the troll peeks behind a tree and sees poppy singing with her angelic voice making the troll smile softly with a light blush and decides to watch until the song was over*
poppy: you say I took the name in vain, I don't even know the name
poppy: but if I did, well really what's it to you?
Poppy: there's a blaze of light in every word, it doesn't matter what you heard
Poppy: the holy or the broken hallelujah
poppy: hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah
poppy: I did my best, it wasn't much
poppy: I couldn't feel, so I tried to touch
Poppy: I've told the truth, I didn't come to fool you
Poppy: And even though it all went wrong
Poppy: I'll stand before the Lord of Song
Poppy: With nothing on my tongue but Hallelujah
Poppy: Hallelujah, HallelujahHallelujah, Hallelu-Hallelujah, HallelujahHallelujah, Hallelu-Hallelujah
branch (thinking): wow even when she's sad, she's beautiful
branch (whispering under breath): I promise I will do everything I can to protect you
*branch then heads back into the woods*
