Need Help? (Teruenno)

Chapter 5

Ennoshita sat on the couch.

Terushima asked. "I am going to get my first aid kit. Stay here!!" Terushima ran to the bathroom and came back with a small medkit.

"I can do it," Ennoshita said extending his hand.

"You sure?" Terushima handed him the kit.

"Yeah, I can do it." Ennoshita starts to take off his socks and disinfect the cuts his face scrunched up a little.

"What happened? Why aren't you wearing shoes?"  Terushima asked.

"I...I... left my house," Ennoshita mumbled.

"I see that, but what happened exactly?" Terushima asked.

"I heard my parent arguing.... my.... my mom was h-having an affair..... and I don't know what h-happened I just left... I don't know what I was thinking...I forget my shoes too.." Ennoshita sounds tired as his voice began cracking. "Sorry."

"It's okay... but that was a dumb idea Ennoshita, you could have gotten seriously hurt, or worse." Terushima paused for a moment hugging Ennoshita. "I am just glad you are safe." His voice sounded usually comforting even for him.

Ennoshita's face went flushed. "Sorry for worrying you... Wait you have work right? Don't you need to get ready? I'll go so I won't bother you."

"Enno dumb doesn't look good on you. Number one I don't have to leave just yet. Two you have no shoes you'll just hurt your feet again. Three you look like you are going to pass out did you even sleep?"

"Did you just call me dumb?" Ennoshita had a deadpan expression looking at Terushima. "Also you are still hugging me."

"Didn't mean it like that, and  I'm aware I'm hugging you. Anyways did you even sleep?" Terushima asked.

"I mean I kept waking up due to nightmares so I just stayed up... then there was the argument."

"Oh, I see."

"Now will you let go?"

"Nope!" Terushima stuck his tongue out hugging Ennoshita tighter. "What if I don't want to."

"...It's not like you can hug me all day."

"I can and I will."

"No... it's a school day and you have work." Ennoshita tried to wiggle out Terushima's hug.

"Fine, you win. I'll let go if you get some rest."

"Terushima it's a school day I can't. I'll just sleep later."

"Aw, you aren't calling me Teru. You did yesterday it was really cute too." Terushima nested his head in Ennoshita's shoulder.

"That was an accident...." Ennoshita mumbled red-faced.

"Really? Such a shame. Well, I do have to go now." Terushima finally let go and got up. "Make yourself comfortable since it's still too early for you to leave yet. You can borrow a pair of my shoes and leave that duffle bag here. Feel free to use the kitchen, bathroom clean towels and washcloths should be on the shelf in the bathroom, watch tv if you want." He started putting on his shoes.

"...Okay thank you."

"I'll see you later, bye Enno."

"Bye..."

Ennoshita decided to take a shower trying to wake himself up. I can ask Terushima if I can stay over at his place for a few days once I get to school. I don't want to bother him even more than I already do... I have to make pay him back somehow. Maybe I could ask Noya or Tanaka to let me stay over at their place for a while. Ennoshita stood under the water stuck in his mind. After a while, he got out and changed into his uniform.
