the next day, you woke up with your head stuffed in san's chest, with his arms wrapped around your waist.

you blushed slightly and tried to get away but he tightens the grip on you.

"san, we have to get up" you told him.

"give me 5 more minutes" he whined with his raspy voice.

you were surprised at his morning voice because you never really hear his morning voice and this was your first time.

"if you can listen to him, then you might aswell listen to me. if you can't break up with him, then just stay away from him"

"okay... but still we need to go there. I have few things to take" you said and this time san nodded.

"let's go together. I don't want him to hurt you again" san said, tracing along behind you.

you went to your house. you were about to knock but you stopped when jaehyun opened the door.

you were shocked, and san quickly got in front of you, shielding you to avoid jaehyun from doing anything to you.

"let me see my girlfriend" jaehyun spat at san as san smirked and crossed his arms.

"y/n, you can go and took all your things while I settle this guy here" he said.

you nodded slowly, taking a glance at both of them before walking to your bedroom.

before you got into san's car, you took a glance at your shared apartment with jaehyun for the last time. when you got in, you asked san.

"san, is this the right thing to do? or am I-"

"yes, y/n. you're doing the right thing. this is for the best. he can't hurt you again" san said trying to assure you as he started the car and drove back to his house.

"then, where should I live now?"

"you can stay at my house"

"no, san. I don't want to be a burden-"

"y/n" he spoke your name sternly, making you shut your mouth immediately.

he took your hand in his while his other hand was holding the steering wheel.

"listen to me. I don't mind if you stay at my house. even if you want to stay at my house forever, I wouldn't mind it. plus, in that way, I'm able to protect you and I will make sure no one will hurt you ever again, I promise you. so, please, don't worry. you can stay at mine, and I would feel very happy if you do" he stated, convincing you as he squeezed your hand.

"I... okay, fine" you said, defeated as you look at him and him looking back at you while smiling softly and focused back on the road.
