Peter's POV
I lead her out of camp into the cold morning. The sun was rising and some lost boys were just sitting around looking at Jade.
"Boys! This is Jade Reed, and she's gonna be tested. Let's call it a game"
"What for" Felix said standing up from the log he was on.
"She is going to be the first lost girl"
"What?! You specifically said no adults or girls" Felix was now walking towards me.
"Well I've changed my mind. So shall we begin?"
Jade's POV
"Shall we begin?" I smirked and nodded my head.
"Ok let's do this"
"What you'll have to do is 1. Run through the forest to find four piles of objects 2. Wave your hand over each pile and one will rise into your hands 3. Run back to camp and you'll fall into a deep slumber only true love can wake you."
"What the hell! What if I don't wake up"
"I'm sure someone will" he said smirking and looking around at the boys.
"Ok when do I start?"
"Now"
Running, running, running. Why am I doing this? Ugh, ok. What if I don't wake up, I'll never see my family again. My family. Shit. I wonder if they miss me. No they have Marco my little brother. They adore ever little disgusting thing he does. No one will miss me. No one will ever miss me. My thoughts were interrupted by me running into a pile of bracelets. Ok one bracelet. One sword. One crown. And another bracelet. More running to camp. When I got there, I fell to the floor.
Peter's POV
I was carrying her to my tent.
"Ok Felix round up all of the lost boys. We have to wake Jade up. As soon as she fell asleep an hourglass appeared, it shows how much time we have left."
"Ok. Hey Ryan get over here and help me" he called to Ryan, our smallest lost boy. He was about 12 and really skinny.
Everyone had tried and still nothing.
"Felix has every single lost boy gone"
"All except one, Pan"
"Who? Get him here now we're running out of time"
"You, Pan, you're the original lost boy"
"What I can't wake her up"
"Just try"
"Ok"
Oh please work she can't be gone. She just got here. Jade I'm so sorry. I can't lose you. I slowly leaned down and my lips touched hers. I stood up, the time was out.
"NO! It can't be too late someone had to wake her up."I turned my back to walk out of the tent, when Ryan pointed at Jade. I turned to see Jade opening her eyes and sitting up.
