Sam just laid there for hours. he couldn't sleep and didn't feel like it anyway. he just laid there until the prefect came in and told them to get ready. he said that he woke them really early if they wanted to play downstairs or just sleep in a little longer. Draco and Sam immediately looked at each other and smiled putting on their Slytherin robes and running down stairs and started to play tag with the other kids. "Blaise is it I swear!" Draco said with a smile, but Sam was sneaking up on Draco and everyone slowly backed up

"its not me!" Draco said. "It's me!" Sam said as he tagged Draco and ran. "oh you!-" "Hey guys! time for class." The head girl said coming down the stairs. Everyone groaned even the head boy. "Sorry! I don't make the rules!" The girl said walking out of the common room.

" We have Transfiguration first with the Gryffindor first years! We'll see Harry!" Sam said as he ran out of the common room Draco following the boy. "Are you sure its okay for you to be seen with me?" Draco asked as he catched up to the boy. "I'm sure its fine. he has his friends and I have mine." Sam said ruffling the boys nonslick hair. "Oh crap! I forgot to gel my hair." "Draco said as he pulled out a gel bottle. "you just have that around?" Sam asked raising a eyebrow.

"Of course. I need to in case I forget like I did today." "don't put to much weight on yourself. you were having fun with me!" Sam said smiling at the boy. "You're the only person I can smile with." Draco said going to his expressionless face. "Yes! One day later and we are already best friends." Sam said smiling brightly at the boy.

Draco smiled but went back to his emotionless face when they entered their first class, seeing a cat on professor's desk. Sam with his glasses could see the name on the desk. "Mcgonnagall. I could've swore I heard that name." Sam said whispering to himself. "Hmm?" Draco said as he sat down next to Sam "Nothing." Sam said. "We spent an hour and a half playing the game, we missed breakfast" Draco said rubbing his stomach

"Sorry for being to fun." Sam said and Draco scoffed. "well you're the one who made the cold dungeon feel like a fun house." Draco said with a small smile. They took out their quills and ink and began writing down the stuff on the board.

Ron and Harry came bursting in looking very messy. Sam perked up and both twins smiled at each other. "Good thing Professor Mcgonnagall isn't here right now." Ron said as they stood and looked at the cat. Suddenly the cat jumped and turned into a woman. Professor Mcgonnagall. "That was bloody brilliant." Ron said with amazement in his eyes, the same as everyone in the class considering the whole class didn't even know that she was a animagus. Sam only knew about them because he began reading the book about Transfiguration and Animagus. Mcgonnagall blushed at the compliment but quickly went back to her expressionless face. She looked at Harry and Ron in disappointment. "Well thank you for that assessmwent, Mr Weasley. Perhaps you would be would be more useful if I turned you and Potter into a pocket watch. Perhaps one of you would be on time." She said and both boys blushed and looked down in shame.

"Sorry Professor we got lost." Ron said "then perhaps a map, I trust you can find yore seat??" Professor said and they boys sat down on their seat. The professor turned around and began teaching.

Sam and Draco were sitting at the front of the class. Sam decided that he didn't want to sit with harry right now. He wanted to talk to Draco for a little and get to know him better. Suddenly the black haired Professor came bursting into the class. He went to the front of the class and began talking.

" There will be no foolish wand waving, or silly incantations in this class. As such, I don't except many of you to appreciate the subtle science and exact art of potion making. however for those... selective few..." Professor said looking over to Draco, then to Sam a little.
