I woke up and helped my parents with the bakery. It was so boring and my parents being lovey-dovey frustrated me. I'm a poor single girl for god's sake maman papa

I went back to my room and video called bridgette.

After my mom's conversation with her sister, at last they gave my phone and left my room.

"I'll go to a safe place" I told and climbed to my balcony.

"Bri you better don't leave any details" I told as I made myself comfortable on chat noir favorite easy chair.

"Felix is an asshole, he left me like that"

Maybe if my mom was alive, she would talk with aunt amily while I ask my father about what he did to impress my mom's family.

I really envy marinette, she's the lucky charm itself, so positive and has a happy family.

But after knowing what my cousin did, I really felt ashamed but I got caught when I tried to hear everything crystal clear.

"Chat noir what are you doing here" marinette asked

"Escaping" I told and sat on her roof.

"What...happened..." She asked, her face filled with concern.

If it was anyone, they would've beat me with a frying pan for invading their privacy but marinette is an angel. Even though I'm a nosy one, she didn't intentionally scolded me.
