Chapter 33

*With Percy and co.*

Percy looked around with complicated emotions. People looked at him with disdain.

He could feel all their stares.

He soon felt a cold but soft hands entagle itself with his own.

He looked at the pale hand and looked at it's owner, Nico. After realising whose hand that was, Percy couldn't help but blush.

He looked down at his feet as they walked further.

He knew it was wrong to move on quickly but he couldn't but start to feel something towards the one and only Ghost King.

Percy started to realise it not long ago. Everytime he met with Nico, Percy was abnormally nervous and it was hard for him to keep his cool. His heart would pound and uncontrollable blush would appear on his face.

Thankfully due to his tan skin, the blush wasn't too obvious.

The group of people walked into the Poseidon cabin and got cosy.

"So what were you doing all this time we weren't around?" Percy asked.

"We didn't really do much. We found a new son of Aphrodite. He didn't know of this until like a few months ago. He's really cool! Although he looks snobby, he's a total softie!" Piper exclaimed with excitement.

"Oh?" The news peeped Percy's interest "Can we meet him?"

Piper then fell silent for a bit with a bit of a sad look on her face.

"He left not long ago. He attends school but comes here on breaks. This break is an exception. I think it was because of his lover? He didn't explain clearly." Piper said.

Nico's head snapped towards her direction (A/n before he was fiddling with Percy's hands🥺).

"Is he blonde with slicked hear and silver eyes?" Nico asked.

"Yeah..? Why?" Piper had a confused expression on her face when she answered.

"Is his name Draco Malfoy??" Nico asked.

"You mean.." Percy mumbled with astonishment as he looked at Nico.

"Yes! Do you know him?!" Piper asked with an excited expression appearing on her face.

"I knew it! That brat deserves to be Aphrodite's son! All he did in school is pester me into flirting with someone and shipping me with someone!" Nico grunted.

Percy frowned. He couldn't help but get jealous upon hearing it. In Percy's point of view, if a child of Aphrodite ship you with someone then you have a high chance of ending up with that person.

Leo noticed Percy's sour expression and he smiled smugly.

"So Nico, who did he ship you with?" Leo asked.

"T-that...That's none of your business!" Nico raised his voice with irritation but his pale face was getting redder with every passing second.

"Hahahahaha!" Everyone (expect Nico and Percy) started to laugh at the emo boy.

After looking at Nico's expression, Percy felt that the Hope's of him ending up with Nico were getting slimmer and slimmer with time.

He was more and more discouraged on approaching Nico aswell.

He planned to confess these feelings at camp Half-Blood. His courage however was dimming because of the current situation.

Who could make Neeks so flustered?

Percy was wrecking his brain.

Does this mean he has to give up?

This chapter was rushed and I hope people can understand. I have had a hard time with my studies lately and the time I have for myself is getting shorter and shorter. I'll have my exams soon and they are a really important part of my life. I caN't afford to mess this up.
