Fred looked down at Arabella as she waved the envelope in front of his freckled face. His eyes crossed ever so slightly trying to focus on the name neatly printed on the front. As she wafted the letter he caught the slight aroma of caramel and something sweet and peppery. His heart fluttered in his chest as her bright grey eyes shone her smile beaming, she was radiant in the dark stairway.

"Okay, so a little bird told me that someone's inner eye kept trying to get a message across and she was having trouble clearly seeing it. But, last night she said that she saw the Beauxbatons logo and another school, I forgot the name Drumstran or something-"

"Durmstrang." Fred corrected with a yawn

"Right, Durmstrang, but anyway they're coming to Hogwarts that's what she concluded after looking further and asking her cards. And since they were coming I kinda thought we co-"

          "Which Witch?" Fred interrupted again

"What?" this time she looked at him with confusion,

"Which, Witch?" he slowed down as he spoke once more

"It doesn't matter who we got this information from but, we've got to come up with something never seen before!" she quietly shouted grabbing at the hem of her silk shorts in excitement.

"And not only that but Cetus will be here so we have an inside man." Fred watched as the letter became a crumbled mess as she spoke about her brother. Fred had never met him, but he was someone Arabella loved deeply. He had heard so much about the eldest Silvercrest, but a lump formed in his throat at the mere thought of Cetus disliking him. He never cared about what others thought. But he was so important to the one person Fred cared about most. Not that he'd ever speak those words aloud.

"We're pranking the other schools?" he cleared his throat

"Questioning my leadership tch, that hurts Fred. What? You don't want to give them a Hogwarts welcome." she smirked leaning her elbows on her knees, her messy hair fell into her eyes making her blow it away.

"Woah, woah, woah, leadership? Don't make me laugh." He teased looking over at her once more. He found it harder to look away each time. "And how could I say no to a prank Ellie, when has that ever happened?"

"Rightly so, but come on admit it Freddie." She rose grabbing his chin in her hand, "Without me where would you and George be? Detention more often maybe..." she looked down at him with a glint in her grey eyes. "Hm," she let go with a wicked smile "I think I got it, how about we meet out in the garden later today and chat with Georgie,"

"You're not going back to sleep are you? You've got that crazy look in your eyes again." he chucked softly leaning on his hand his sleepy eyes staring up at her as the blush on his face grew.

"You're more then welcome to join me in planning but I know you need your beauty rest. Also," she pointed at him "I haven't even gone to bed yet, so your assumption that I was even asleep is wrong. But, like I said. If you'd rather go back to bed be my guest. I'll be planning the prank of a century." with that she passed by him making her way back to her bedroom, Fred looked after her grumbling under his breath as he got up.

If he didn't go with her Ellie was bound to be awake for as long as she could. Following after her blanket wrapped tightly around his shoulders he sighed with a small smile on his lips. He hoped she would never change, Ellie was the heart of their little trio and well the brains but they would never admit to that. And whatever she had brewing in that pretty little head of hers was bound to be amazing. So the two headed up to the top floor of the Burrow the energy around them buzzing from excitement.
