"okay now let go of ur bald boyfren pls" monique said. "WAAAAA!1!11!1!😓😓😭😭" came out of lucians mouth as he cried, but he knew he had to give santino to monique so he wont die ( like chad )

"can u shut the frig frack up plZ people are SLEEPING AND DYING KIM😟🤬" said monique. lucian didnt know who kim was but he did end up shutting the fuck up. monique took santino baldie away and ran in the hallway so she can perform surgery as fast as she can on sontina before he dies. monique and her nurses arrived in the surgery room and laid santino on the surgery bed ??? surgery board ??? yeah they laid him down and he woke up😟 "NOOOO WHERES MY JUICE💔💔I DONT WANT A VACCINE HUHHUUHUHU😭😭😭" but then BOOM!!! monique injected the numbing thing inside of santino so he wont feel anything during surgery ( we think😟 ). monique performed the surgery on santiny and after 30 minutes, they were finally done asf😇🤞🏻.

4 AM

lucian has been waiting for 35 minutes now and santino FINALLY got out from the fucking surgery room😖😫. lucian RAN to monique happily but she seemed kinda,,, off🤨😟monique was staring at the floor, which fyi didnt have anything interesting exceptnfor the dust from lucians hair and water that was spilled from the glass of salty watr lucian made cuz his baby tooth came out ( gay ass tooth ) while he was waiting for santino. monique sighed and lucian asked what was up.

"he couldnt be saved,,, for some reason his heart was covered in paint that could be found in paint markers" ( those are so expensive wtf )

lucian froze and fell to the ground like wendy williams. he could NOT BEELIEVE IT !1!1!1! he started crying so loud, nickocado avocado explODED😖 !!! "WAAAAAAA☹️😭" he cried out LOUD. he started throwing a 3 year old style tantrum.

but then lucian just remembered something🤨🤨😟😟he now understood why santino had paint in his heart,,,, he remembered santino would buy paint markers and chug them while doing fortnite dances in the kitchen at 3 am, it was a very scary and concerning but arousijg sight for lucian at the time.

he cried even more thinking about it and he also started dying because he started getting dehydrated from the amount of tears and piss that came out of him during the tantrum. he started to be quiet and he also died on the floor.

"nice" said monique as she walked away from the very ODD😦😦 scene she just saw.
