New Family

~Amelia's pov~

I woke up downstairs, I sat up and stretched and then walked upstairs, I brushed my teeth and took a shower. When I finished I put on my black crossed crop top and bleached shorts. I put on my socks and my black low boots. I then started packing my stuff, "need help" I heard someone say, I turned around and saw Zayn, I smiled and said "yeah" he walked over to me and helped.

When we finished, he then said "I'm not letting you go dressed like that" I looked at him and said "why" he looked at me and said "sorry, force of habit" I giggled and said "its fine, but I am going to miss it" he smiled and said "oh yeah, I almost forgot" I looked at him and he said "close your eyes" I sighed and then nodded. "ok, you could open them" I opened my eyes and saw I was wearing a necklace, it was an anchor. I gave him a hug and said "thank you" he smiled and said "this is a gift to remember me" I nodded and said "I love you" he smiled and said "I love you too, Ami" Me and my brother had a special relationship. "Ami, come downstairs the family is here to pick you up" My mum yelled "I will be right there" I yelled back. Me and Zayn, walked downstairs and saw the family. "Hey Zayn, long time no see" Brad said "Yeah, how's everything, oh and Brad that's my sister Amelia" he nodded and said "everything is fine" I then looked at Brad and I'm not going to lie he was attractive.

~Brad's pov~

Zayn's sister was actually beautiful, now I know why he was so over protective and I plan on doing the same because of my parents, but I don't think they would actually hurt her though. "Come on we're leaving" my dad said, I nodded and Amelia gave her mum and brother a hug, and said "bye" I helped her with her stuff and we got to the car, my mum was at work and my dad told Amelia to sit in the front, she looked at me and mouthed "he won't hurt me" I mouthed backed "I hope not" she sighed and listened to my dad and we got in the car. I wonder why she asked that, but I put it to the side. I saw that my dad had his hand moving up and down Amelia's thigh, I looked at Amelia who looked scared, I guess I was wrong about how they won't hurt her. "dad" he looked at me and said "what Brad" I looked at Amelia who mouthed "help me" I nodded and said "what are you doing" he moved his hand from her thigh and said "nothing, were here" he parked the car and Amelia got out quickly and I sighed and said "what the hell were you doing to her, you scared the bloody shit out of her" he had a smirk on his face then he smacked me and I got out the car and helped Amelia. We went to her new room and she smiled and said "just the way I like it" I smiled and said "I'm sorry about earlier in the car" "don't worry about it" she said blankly. I nodded and she sat on the bed, she looked at me and said "oh my, your bleeding" my eyes widened and I then realized that my dad had also cut me, she grabbed something from one of her bags and said "come here" I walked over to her and she started cleaning my cut and put some medicine on it. I looked her in the eyes and said "thank you" she nodded and gave me a hug and I hugged her back. The door downstairs closed "were the hell are you guys" I looked at Amelia and said "hide under the bed" she nodded and we both hid under the bed. I mouthed to her "sorry" she then said "I'm used to it, my dad used to do this to me" I then realized why she asked if my dad was going to hurt her. I grabbed her hand and saw marks on her arms, like belt marks and self harm scars. I looked at her neck and saw rope marks and said "you tried to commit suicide" she didn't answer me but I put my hand on her face.

~Amelia's pov~

"You tried to commit suicide" I then realized he must be looking at my neck, I didn't answer him but I felt him put his hand on my face. I felt like I was going back in time. The door then opened and his dad said "were the hell could these kids be" he then left and we got out from under the bed, I sat down and he sat next to me and smiled and said "can you answer me" I sighed and said "I tried to hang myself but at the same time, I went to jump off my brother came in and he had cut the rope and I fell to the floor and the last thing I remember was hearing my brother yell call an ambulance" he nodded and his dad came through the door and I looked at Brad who was looking at his dad, and his dad said "were the hell where you" Brad said "we were on this bed the whole time, you didn't see us" his dad sighed and said "well your mum is on her way home so get ready" he nodded and his dad left and Brad said "I'm not leaving until your finish putting everything away" I nodded and he helped me.

We finished and Brad said "come to my room, I don't trust you alone when it's just my dad here" I nodded and said "ok Brad" he smiled and said "come on Ami" we walked to his room and I walked to his bed and sat down, he walked over to me and held my hand and said "don't do that again" I nodded and he kissed my cheek but I couldn't help but blush, he chuckled and said "I will be right back" I nodded and mumbled "okay" he left and I was already afraid of his dad, I sighed and thought maybe his mum is better than his dad.

{Dinner}

~Brad's pov~

My mum walked inside and asked "is the girl here" I nodded and said "yea she's upstairs" she nodded and said "go tell her to come down and eat" I nodded and walked upstairs and saw Amelia sitting on her bed and I said "Amelia, to come downstairs and eat" "I'm not hungry" she answered, I looked at her and said "you have to eat" She nodded and said "okay" she stood up and we walked downstairs, my mum looked at her and smiled, she said "hello Amelia" "hi" she answered, she looked at my dad with fear and sat next to me.

{After Dinner}

~Amelia's pov~

I walked upstairs and walked to my bathroom and took a shower, I felt so dirty ever since we were in the car, I shivered at the memory. When I finished, I put on my under garments and my pajamas, I walked out the bathroom and I saw Brad sitting on my bed, I sat next to him and he said "I'm sorry" I nodded and said "I'm used to it" he then said "night Ami" and kissed my forehead, I smiled and said "night"
