Fiona Goode x Reader - Lucky one

Paris- Last Chapter

As you look over to the perfect view your life feels complete, for the first time in a long time probably the first time ever you feel like everything is okay and you are truly happy. You look over to Fiona sitting on the red armchair in her beautiful Chanel dress and black heels smoking a cigarette looking over to the Eiffel Tower in the dark Paris sky. The street lights and flowers behind her just complete the view. You pick up your champagne glasses and look at Fiona while mouthing the words ''Cheers''. As you both take a sip from the Champagne Fiona can't help but smile. When she was stuck in hell with the axe men she often would dream of you and hope that you are doing okay down here. She would have never thought that about six months later you and her are sitting on this beautiful balcony in your hotel room staring at the Eiffel Tower sipping on some Champaign, smoking cigarettes and eating some strawberries. As she looks over to you she can't help and smile , taking in your beauty. You also decided to dress up for Paris so you are wearing a beautiful dress, your long hair looking perfect and a bit of mascara and lipstick completing the look. Both of you are distracted when you hear a notification coming from your phone and looking at the screen you start laughing. It is Cordelia checking in on you and sending you a selfie with all of the witches saying they miss you. As you show it to Fiona she also can't help but smile.

Fiona and you decided to leave the coven after finally admitting your feelings that night you got back drunk from the bar. 

''Fiona can I ask you something?'' you ask her and she nods. ''Will you stay with me, for good this time?'' Fionas heart shattered a bit at the thought of you being scared to lose her again and how many times she disappointed you so that morning she promised she'd stay for good.

You did stay at the coven for a while and Fiona was teaching some classes, her magic came back but obviously not as strong because she wasn't the supreme anymore. Everyone was so happy for you and her finally sorting everything out but the place brought so many memories both happy and painful ones and you and Fiona learnt to appreciate the little things. So after a few weeks of debating whether to do this you decided to travel the rest of the world together like you both would always dream of in all those drunken nights together just dancing and dreaming of better times. You planned your trip carefully and considering you both had magic you didn't need any money. You could always just fill your bank accounts or make cash appear with your magic so it was quite easy. First you went to a few places in America and then finally made your way to europe. You spend some warm summers in turkey and Italy enjoying long evening walks and lying on the beach. Your last step right now was Paris like you both dreamed of. While sitting on the balcony you can't help but remember that night in the south of France where Fiona was on your mind the pain almost killing you. Everything feels complete. When you and Fiona told your plan to the girls and Cordelia they basically begged you not go but after explaining your intentions and explaining your views on things these days they eventually let you go, even though it involved almost daily checkins from Cordelia and you had to update your social media daily for the girls to make sure you were still alive and well and also so they would be a bit jealous of your amazing lifestyle. Fiona and you promised that you will come back to the coven and you would always teleport back in a heartbeat if they ever needed your help. The goodbye was quite painful as Cordelia was literally crying while you and Fiona packed the car to leave on your road trip. Even though you even stayed for an extra week because they couldn't let you and Fiona go just yet. As you hugged them all you felt so happy for getting along with everyone again and looking forward to your time with Fiona. It felt so much different from when you just walked out of everyones life all these years ago. A part of you regrets that dearly but on the other hand you would never sit here with Fiona right now if you didn't, back then it was for the best. Your thoughts are distracted when you feel Fionas hand on yours rubbing her thumb over it slightly. 

''What are you thinking about love?'' she says sweetly and trying to figure out what you are thinking about. To be honest there are so many things going on in your head you don't even know how to answer this. ''Well first of all I am thinking of everyone back at home you know, I am happy to be here but I do miss them a little bit, I wonder what they are up to'' you say                ''And then I am so glad to be here with you, you don't know how much this means to me Fiona, I dreamed of this in my darkest moments'' you suddenly stop feeling a bit embarrassed. You never actually told Fiona how much her death affected you and all the endless dark nights and some where you almost stopped that pain and longing. Obviously Fiona could tell and by talking to Cordelia she also knows how hard everything had been for you so she is even happier to be able to travel with you and make up for the pain she ultimately caused.  ''I know love'' she simply says. The both of you just take in the beautiful view as the sky is now completely dark and all you can see is the few street lights and the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The lights suddenly start changing colors and you feel the desire to be closer to Fiona so you walk over to her chair and point at her lap, she nods to give you permission and you sit on her lap cuddling into her chest taking in the beautiful view. ''You know Y/N'' Fiona suddenly starts                                 ''I am so proud of you for everything you have been through and also so thankful for giving me back my life, well quite literally my life but also you- Y/N I-'' but she stops herself before she carries on. You turn and look into her eyes and you can tell that Fiona seems nervous, this doesn't happen often and you think it is quite adorable but you don't want her to know that you noticed so you just wait impatiently for her to carry on talking. ''I love you Y/N'' she says and strokes your hair softly. ''You- Fiona you love me?'' you ask quite literally speechless.                         She chuckles at the way your jaw dropped a little and as she tilts her head a bit she looks into your eyes and says: ''Yes I love you Y/N with all of my heart''. As you hear these words you can't help but get very emotional, you never expected your supreme (yes she isn't she supreme anymore but in your heart she still was so you sometimes call her that and she loves it) getting so soft and actually admitting your feelings. You know how hard that is for the cold and harsh woman. Truth to be told Fiona is still just as bitchy and horrible to everyone around her but you. In Italy she literally almost made a maid cry because they mistook Fiona as your mother and Fiona got so mad she wanted to slam her against a wall but you stopped her just in time.               But with you Fiona is completely different, she is vulnerable, admits her feelings and is very very soft. Although she would eventually lash out if you are getting on her nerves demanding too many cuddles or affection. But you loved it you loved everything about that woman. You look back at her ''Fiona I love you too more than anything'' your lips seal and you hold onto her a bit tighter now both of you watching the beautiful view ahead of you. ''By the way Y/N I am the lucky one'' Fiona whispers in your ear.

About a week later the both of you just had to return to the coven. You travelled to literally every destination you wanted and you were both so happy but deep down both of you felt the need to travel back to your home. You kept it a surprise and lied to Cordelia and the others about being in some hot country sipping some coconut juice on a beach but you secretly took the next flight to New Orleans and you both stand in front of the front door of the Academy holding hands. You open the front door and immediately Zoe and Coco come running towards you both pulling you in for a hug. Fiona didn't approve of the hug whatsoever and made it quite clear so they both quickly pulled away. You smirk and when Zoe turns to you she almost screams ''Y/N Fiona what are you doing here?'' from excitement. Suddenly you hear the sound of heels running towards you from the living room. Cordelia turns around the corner and sprints towards you hugging you both. ''What are you doing here you look so good'' Cordelia says and smiles. ''Well I guess you do need someone around here to make sure everything is in order'' Fiona says with a small smirk. This was her version of saying ''We missed you guys and we will stay for a while now maybe forever''. Everyone knew she meant to say those words so you all just group hug for a moment before Fiona pulls away cursing about the amount of hugs. You smile and look happily at your little family.
