"Why is he so special to you?.."

Emiri and Jamie had somehow gotten away from that hospital. The two of them not really speaking since they had gotten out of there. The fur along Emiri's neck and shoulders were bristling and she looked panicked. Jamie was next to her, her long brown hair falling over her lilac colored hues.

Neither knew what to say.

Night Mother... The terrifying villain had escaped prison. Emiri didn't know how they got away with their lives. It was the middle of the night now. Neither knew what time it was at the moment. Neither seemed to care.

Knowing the time meant having to face reality of going back to U.A. Emiri seemed to let out a sigh, bringing her hand up to her face, before resting it over her eyes. The two of them were now in an alleyway in the middle of the city.

Neither knew where they were.

Jamie's heartbeat was still all over the place. Panicked and fluttery. Her thoughts only seemed to drift to the boy that had been there. Night Mother's... boy as she called him.

 A weapon.

Irritation seemed to spark within her. Pharos was younger than her, and getting called a weapon. Jamie rested her head against the hard brick, letting out a shaky breath. She couldn't calm any of her nerves. Everything about tonight had not gone well at all.

She was certain if she moved her sleeve, she'd see the affects of Pharos' quirk on her arm. The green sparks that had came from him. The dangerous sparks that had hurt his arm, destroying the sleeve of the outfit he had been wearing.

Her name had come from the boy when he saw her. Before Night Mother did something to him and knocked him out for two other companions to take him out of the building. She just wanted to know why it had to be Pharos of all people. She remembered the lies he had spoken to her.

How he was quirkless.

The lie was still fresh in her mind. He was quirkless, and he lied to her. So why did she not feel any or resentment towards him? He worked for Night Mother. He was the 'boy' of a villain, and was one himself.

Why did she not feel any anger?

It made no sense to her.

"What're we gonna do?," Emiri spoke up, startling Jamie. The brown haired girl turns her attention towards Emiri, blinking at her.

"About?"

"About the boy,"

The words seemed to make her pause. What they were going to do about Pharos? Jamie blinked once again at Emiri. "What do you mean?"

"You know exactly what I mean," Emiri turned her head towards Jamie. Her different colors hues stared right into her lilac colored ones. "If we really go through with this whole mess of what Night Mother wants, we need to figure out what to do with him."

Jamie only seemed to stare at her. "What do you mean by that? He's not the one who's dang-"

"You heard her Jamie. That boy is nothing more than a weapon. He's dangerous and unstable. You saw what that blast did. You saw his arm." Emiri went and turned her body towards her, crossing her arms. "We need to decide what to do with him."
