A shocking twist

"Shhh...tony I'm trying to sleeeeeep...." A drowsy, British sounding voice said.
"My name is not tony! Who are you!?" You asked, looking around. Suddenly, a pencil hit your face and a clunk sound happened.
"It's me, sketchbook. You're insane, tony, go back to bed..." The small sketchbook said.
"I am most certainly not insane! Really, tell me the truth, I'm definitely not tony, are you my mom? Are you tricking me, or are you an imposter!?" You screamed in a shaky voice.
"Ok, ok calm down with the questions, buddy! I can tell you, that I'm not your mom. I'm not tricking you, I'm not an imposter! There, and you are a normal clock." They said.
"C-clock?" You ask in a soft tone.
"Yeah, go in the bathroom and look, I'm going to sleep, ok?" They said, and they layed on their back.
"Well, that's weird. A sketchbook talked to me, I guess I'll go splash some water on my face to regain some sense." You thought, rubbing your cheek, which felt a lot different.
You walk to the bathroom shakily, and look in the mirror.
To your surprise, you were the clock from that video!
