12. Margaritas

After i open the store, just a few people buy stuff, the day is pretty low

I'm counting money, when I feel a presence at the front, but I decide to ignore it. "Are you single pretty lady?"
The guy ask, i swear i was about to insult him, but it is just Charlie giggling

What are you doing here? I ask nicely

Well, i have nothing to do back home, your brother left me and wanted to see you again. He answers, puting his elbows on the table and resting his face on his hands

You are really sweet, but im busy Char. I whisper, winking at him

When its your lunch? He asks, lifting up his head, "12:25" i answer

Can I take you on a date beautifull? He asks grabbing my chin "of course handsome" i wink, turning around to keep working

At lunch time, i close everything and wait for Charlie outside, i wait there for 15 minutes and he is not there

Are you Olivia Joyner? A man i didnt know asks me, i just nodd but i am confused, he pulls me to a large limo, and open the door for me to go in, i am nervous, i am gonna be kidnapped but Charlie shows his face with a huge smile

Come on. He says in a really high voice, i get inside, next to Charlie even tho, the limo has like 50 seats

So, where are we going? I ask getting closer and resting my head on his shoulder

I have one idea, its friendly. He winks, my face drops but i pretend a smile

After a few minutes, he stops talking, and he just, put his finger on my lips saying "shh" until i shut up, of course i think thats kinda rude, but they guy have his surprises

He opens the door, coming out and he helps me to go out, we came to a beautifull place where Margaritas sow, the sun was amazingly on our faces, without even hurt

Really ? I ask, glancing over him

He nodds and bring a basket and sit on the floor, looking at me to sit next to him

After we eat, we just stare at the beautifull sky and clouds, but i feel Charlie staring at me

Margaritas, picnic, just us, the Limo, how did you know? I ask, glancing over him

Well, if you didnt notice i am kind of obssesed with you, i gave you little clues, the concert, watching your favorites shows even tho i dont like them, learning every single lyric from every song you like, im a simp if you didnt catch it. He answers, making me smile almost as him

Well, you are a simp for sure, but i never told you about the margaritas, the picnic or the limo. I question

Uh, it was easy, you have pins of Margaritas all over your clothes and your shirts everything with flowers of yours, its a Margarita no other, and i called Piper and Liam and some of your friends helped me, especially Piper. He mumbles looking at the sky

Its really sweet, thanks, this is amazing Char. I whisper, kissing his cheek, and again lying on the floor

And its not over yet. He winks, standing up, and helping me to stand up. He stares as he takes a ring out of his pocket, of course i am shook

He get down on his knees, as he giggle in a really cute way, he takes my hand with his hand, with the other one he has the ring

I feel my heart is beating real fast, im pretty sure my face was confused and surprised, because his giggle got a little louder but still cute, he looks down and again to my face

"Liv i've liked you since you got here, you are amazing and i thought that working to be better for you, but it wasnt the answer, i want us to work, if you give me the chance, ill try to prove you everyday that i love you, and i want the best for you" He pause "would you be my girlfriend?" he asks shyly

I nodd, before kissing him hard, the ring he gives me, is a little margarita, with a shinning diamond

Oh, dont you gotta work? He says, pushing my away softly

Who cares about work. I answer, kissing him again

We stay there the rest of the day, after that we get home and my brother hasnt come yet

You said Liam left you, he should be in rest. I remind myself

We stay in silence after that, suddenly Liam opens the door and he freezes there

You're not hurt. I yell to him

Actua.... Lly, no, im not, i just didnt want to go home. He answers

And for yourself, you let me quit my job, and Charlie lost a lot of money and time being here for both. I say

Well, im here for you darling. He whispers, i just give him a look and go again at Liam

Charlie and I are leaving tomorrow, Liam. I yell at him

What about the store? He asks

Piper said things are going really well in Oklahoma, so she is hiring people, she already have 3 persons for one store, she is sending them here. I answer before running to my room

Hey, Liam is a good person, i mean it wasnt a good thing but the store is pretty well. Charlie whispers, closing the door behind him

Its not about me or the store, its that he made you waste time and money coming here for me. I whisper laying on his chest after he seats next to me

Even if you go to the other side of the world, I'd walk away I'd spend all my money on you, and for you, It doesn't matter how much time I spend doing that. He whispers kissing my head

Yeah, and it was worth it, now im dating you, and also we are leaving tomorrow, so it doesnt matter. He says, reaching his phone, we both lie down

I fall asleep as he is buying the plane tickets
