Review:

The Auction is 100% my favorite Dramione. Yes, I even like it better than Manacled. I just think it's so perfectly well rounded, not to mention it's the perfect slow burn. The Auction is the type of Dramione where Draco loved Hermione ever since they first met on the train, and their relationship reminds me a lot of Darcy and Lizzy from Pride and Prejudice. Both D and H are characterized perfectly, and Hermione is a badass bitch which I LOVE. I could literally write an entire essay on how much I love LovesBitca8's rendition of the Malfoy family. Narcissa and Lucius are actually the best. Before you read The Auction, you NEED to read The Right Thing to Do and All the Wrong Things. My combined review of those will be the next page. Basically, TA and TRTTD are set in the same universe, but TA is what happens if Voldemort wins. This means that everything leading up to that moment is exactly the same in both fics, which also means that there's a crap ton of parallels and foreshadowing. The smut isn't insaane, but I think it's the perfect amount. I literally cannot express how much love I have for this fic in words, PLEASE READ IT!
