It's been fourteen years since my beautiful babies came into the world. An I'm glad god blessed me with them. Me and Emmett are living in Dallas at the moment along with Josh and Cheri. I love it the snow is at least four inches thick and the kids wont stay out of it. Justin and Krissy arrived at our house over a week ago even though mom and dad didn't get here until last night. They were my surprise Christmas present this year and I'm so happy they get to be here.
"Sis is breakfast ready yet because, I'm starving." Justin asked as he walked into the kitchen.
"Yeah I know cooking for the family I can't believe you're not here this year Lydia I miss you and so do the Kids. Ah but breakfast is almost ready and I gotta pull everyone away from the snow. Hope you enjoying Brazil!" I some what shouted as I looked at Lydia she's changed so much over the years and has become a Victoria secret angel.
"I miss you guys too. I send my love and no i hate it I can't be home for the holidays I'll see you on new years though I swear." She let out signing off.
"So it's almost ready?" he asked again.
"Yes Justin it's almost ready." I responded, "Now go get everyone to the table and tell the kids if they don't they wont get any presents this year." Justin left to gather everyone for breakfast and then presents.
As I finished breakfast and began setting the table Harmony ran in offering her help. She was even more breath taking them when I first laid eyes on her she stood a full five seven with more mature features. Her eyes where still the same making as her sister says the boys crawl to her which is sweet. Arriana was almost five eight and boys were always calling the house for her. Harmony just liked privacy so she gave no one our number. Devon had various girls calling and saying they love him ha my son a ladies man. He loved and hated it loved the fact he'd never be single and hated it because so many girls were left heart broken. He had a big heart and hated hurting girls. Hell the boy's almost fifteen and he has had more relationships then I can even count. I love my children though and they will always be kids in my eyes.
After the table was set one by one they all came and sat down. My family was together and there was nothing more I could ask for in all honesty. We all sat around laughing at jokes the kids told and some of our own. The kids knew about the past and no one hid it from them ever. We all showed our bravery that led us to them even our mistakes. As Devon was still stuffing his face I heard a call coming in on skype. Harmony rushed to the computer before anyone else could.
"Oh my gosh Daddy! Why haven't we heard from you yet why haven't you called us?" she said sounded excited but kind of hurt. I felt ashamed that he could barley call them or visit. Hell he wouldn't even let them come stay with him for a few weeks over any vacation. He hasn't even been here for a Christmas since they were ten.
"Angel, I'm sorry I really and the firm has kept me busy and Yolanda and we have went through a bad time but I do have a surprise for you all." He responded I raised and eyebrow oh this should be good.
"What is it dad?" Devon came over asking, but then there was a knock at the door. Emmett walked over to answer an there he was Jason stood six two just like always but still at least two inches shorter then Emmett.
"Daddy!" They all chorus running to him the skype call had ended. There he stood in the entrance way of my home I was pissed. Not because he's here but because be had the audacity to show up after four years. For four years he chose pussy over his children, but then again he never really wanted them.
As the day went on the kids were so excited they had no idea what to do but dinner was different . Jason got a call that made my skin cringe he was up to something and soon we made the kids go to there rooms. I throw Jason into the study Justin,Emmett and Krissy joined up locking the door. Josh and Cheri stood guard outside the door.
"Explain now why the hell are you here? Don't give me that I wanted to surprise the kids you haven't given a damn about them! You're up to something and we know it." I said starring him down.
Harmony's P.O.V
As i sat in my room I over heard mom's conversation to dad. They were in the study so I called Arriana and Devon into my room we all sat here waiting. I heard dad let out a nervous breath. So he didn't really come to see us that cold heartless bastard how could he.At least our mom is smart and is with daddy Emmett he loves us. I'm just so crushed he'd use us as a decoy for his own benefit.
"Come on Harmy don't cry fuck him. We never needed him we have mom and daddy Emmett plus our aunts and uncles they'r who matters." Devon said rubbing my back.
"Devon's right Harmy now just hush for a second he's about to say why he's here."Arriana said.
Maya's P.O.V
"What the hell do you mean!?" I yelled questioning him
"Calm down love. The kids might hear."Emmett said in a hushed tone.
"Hunny they can already hear. They are my children and plus Harmony's vent leads into here." I replied.
"Look, I'm in a gambling debt with the mob back in New York.I fled town but they followed me here which is what the call was about." He finally let out.
"You put my kids in danger because you needed to flee the mob! You know you can't do that they always find you! I fought for my kids before they wore even born against the mob and now you bring them here again! My kids deserve more then that! I will do anything to keep them safe and you endanger there life! How could you do this they're just kids and now you're bringing death on to them!" I yelled walking up to them.
"Look Skittle I still run things back home and have the best connections I'm sure I can call a favor but no one will be able to get here until tomorrow." Emmett said resting his hands upon my shoulder.
So this was all I could do fight for my kids and pray we make it through. I walked up to Jason I needed to let my anger out. I formed a fist and let loose. One hit to the face and a few to the abdomen but then Devon busted through.
"You fucking monster! My mother almost died having us and almost died trying to save us!" He yelled I stop and stood frozen. He lunged at his father with no remorse throwing punch after punch. This Christmas has officially went to hell thanks to Jason I hope my babies live even if they take me.
