Streets of Manhattan

The cops continuously fired at the flying chariots, but it was pretty pointless. A young cop ran over to his police sergeant. "We need to get out! They gotta bring the National Guard!" the Young Cop exclaimed.

"National Guard? Does the army know what's happening here?" the Police Sergeant asked.

"Do we?" the Young Cop asked, just then Captain America jumped in front of them, Alexandria next to him, and the two cops looked up at this ridiculous looking man and what looks like a little girl putting herself in danger.

"What-" the Sargent started to say.

"I need men in these buildings. There are people inside that can run into the line of fire. You take them through the basement or through the subway. You keep them off the streets. I need a perimeter as far back as 39th," Captain America ordered but the cops just stared at them.

"Did he stutter?" Alexandria asked.

"Why the hell should I take orders from you?" the Police Sergeant asked.

Suddenly, an explosion came up from behind Captain America and Alexandria. An energy blast was blocked by Captain America's shield, but then two CHITAURI Soldiers attacked the two blondes. The cops watched in shock as Captain America fought one of the soldiers while Alexandria, a blaster in hand that Natasha may or may not have given to her, shot one of the other soldiers. Then the Sergeant turned to his officers. "I need men in these buildings, to lead the people down and away from the streets. I need a perimeter as far back as 39th," the Police Sergeant said.

Skies of Manhattan

Iron man swerved around a building and faced the CHITAURI Leviathan. He pulled out his miniature multiple rocket launcher and fired. The CHITAURI Leviathan roared in annoyance then it turned to Iron Man. "We got his attention. What the hell is step two?!" Iron Man asked Jarvis as Iron Man flew away.

Streets of Manhattan

On the bridge, Hawkeye tripped a CHITAURI Soldier and rammed an arrow down its throat. Black Widow got her hands on an energy rifle and stick fought the hell out of them.

Captain America and Alexandria joined back in and used the shield and blaster, swapped and whacked oncoming CHITAURI Soldiers. It was all too much on them, until-

Lightning stroke down from the sky, channeling the blast, firing the electricity out at the CHITAURI Soldiers around them.

They were blasted back in a massive shockwave and the CHITAURI Soldiers convulse, dropped dead to the ground. Thor, Triston and...Lidianna touched down, but when they did, all eyes hit Lidianna hit her. Natasha pointed her gun at Lidianna as Clint pointed his bow at her as well. Lidianna raised her hands up in surrender, not wanting to hurt them, as Triston put himself in between, not wanting them to shoot her. "Please...don't," Triston pleaded.

"Move Triston. She is under arrest," Natasha said.

"She...She didn't hurt anyone, technically. All of this is just her father. She doesn't want this anymore. I promise," Triston assured, and as Natasha and Clint kept looking between Triston and Lidianna, they were still unsure.

"She's not even your real family, how can you be so sure?" Natasha asked and Triston sighed, that was an easy answer.

"Because," Triston said before looking back at the worried eyes of Lidianna. "I know her."

She looked into his eyes deeply with a stammered up smile. "I trust her," Alexandria said and Lidianna looked at her in surprise.

"You do?" She asked and Alexandria simply nodded. "Why? I have given every reason not to. I've given all of you a reason."
