Chapter 4

In the Appleloosa Museum, Rainbow Blitz had shown his Equestrian Cup trophy which had changed to Prince Solaris Equestrian Cup to AJ as he said "Wow. Ah can't believe they renamed the Equestrian Cup after our very own Prince Solaris. As Rainbow Blitz and AJ approached the wall where they display Prince Solaris's trophies, framed articles, and other racing ephemera, Rainbow Blitz said "I know Prince Solaris said these things were just old cups, but to have somepony else win it just didn't feel right, you know?" "Well, Prince Solaris would've been real proud of you." AJ said. "That's for sure." As Rainbow Blitz took it in, he frowned. Almost a year ago, Prince Solaris had fallen gravely ill, and passed away two months after he came back home from winning the third Equestrian Cup. Afterwards, they had changed the name to keep his memory alive. As they exited the museum, Rainbow Blitz said "Alright, pal. I've been waiting all summer for this. What've you got planned?" "You sure you can handle it?" AJ asked. "Come on, you know who you're talking to?" Rainbow Blitz asked raising an eyebrow. "This is Rainbow Blitz! I can candle anything."

On an old railroad track, Rainbow Blitz was trying to balance himself on some rollerskates as he said "Uh, AJ?!" "Just remember, you don't have any brakes on your skates." AJ said. As they started going down the railroad track, Rainbow Blitz started to panic as he said "AJ!" "Relax!" AJ said as they went into the tunnel ahead of them. These train tracks ain't been used in years!" But then, they heard a loud train, and they screamed as they struggled to run, and Rainbow Blitz said "Come on, come on! Faster, faster!" They managed to make it out safely, and they looked behind him to see a stallion driving a mini train cart as he honked his horn and laughed like a maniac. Later, they were sneaking up on a sleeping dragon as AJ whispered out "This is gonna be good." He honked the horn on his carriage while Rainbow Blitz reveved up his race carriage, and the dragon tipped over. They laughed so hard as Rainbow Blitz said "Did you see that?!" But, then, they heard a loud rumbling noise as they looked up at the dragon's snout, and AJ said "Uh-oh. This ain't gonna be good." Then, a big gust of wind blew out of the snout, and blew them away. As the sun started to set, AJ and Rainbow Blitz walked back into town, and AJ said "Boy, howdy, this was the best day ever! And my favorite souvenier?" He showed off the dent in his carriage as he said "This new dent."

"Boy, AJ." Rainbow Blitz said struggling to find the words. "Today was, uh..." AJ interrupted him as he said "Shoot, that was nothing. Wait till you see what Ah got planned for tonight." "AJ, AJ, whoa." Rainbow Blitz said. "I was kind of thinking of just a quiet dinner." "That's exactly what I was thinking!" AJ said. "No, I-I meant with Rainbow Dash, AJ." "Even better!" AJ said. "You, me, and Miss Rainbow Dash going out for supper!" Rainbow Blitz then went in front of AJ as he said "AJ, I meant it would be just me and Rainbow Dash." "Oh." AJ said as he frowned. "It's just for tonight." Rainbow Blitz said. "We'll do whatever you want tomorrow." AJ smiled a little as he said "Okay." "Thanks for understanding." Rainbow Blitz said. "Yeah, sure." AJ said. "Y'all go on and have fun now." "Alright, then." Rainbow Blitz said. "See you soon, amigo!" He then took off, leaving AJ behind.
