(Got bored, and thought of this idea, and I may or may not have had yen Sid be a little evil in this- I wanted to see what it would be like for Yuki to have gone through the realm of darkness and lost her light to it and then because she was in the realm for so long she realized she could leave. So she left and grabbed her coat and she took care of xehanort. And she's pretty much doing the same as xehanort but she doesn't want to open kingdom hearts, she was the world in darkness and for everyone to bow to her- so yeah, that's my idea XD the scenario here can lead up to it-)
So, Yuki was sent to the realm of darkness where the organization wouldn't be able to grab her. Since then, she had been in there for quite some time and could've left if she wanted to but if she did, the organization would be in danger. After a while things started getting weird. Xehanort wasn't yelling about his evil plans like usual. Sora and his friends were ordered to investigate and what they found was interesting. A person with a black coat on was standing beside xehanort, who was laying on the ground not moving. The other noticed them and summoned their keyblade.
