Scribbled letters.
Incomprehensible.
Thoughts, unhindered.
Unsophisticated.
Streamed, it flowed.
Down by the rivers.
Crystalline, still.
Then loud! Roaring!
A furious beating!
Impatient.
Desperate motions.
Flowing, flowing,
Down, further down,
Filled my body.
Watered my soul.
Gripped, tight -
Splash!
Lost my grip.
Frantic! Lost!
Scared as I bared.
The I to you.
Besotted .
Head over heels.
My rabid heart.
Knocking, clawing,
Scratching, tearing.
Exposed -
Displayed like rock.
Washed about the rivers.
The tingles!
To and fro.
Sway, sway, under.
The cold, the chill.
And so it drifted.
Rock against rock.
'Til it reached land.
But flow, water flowed.
And gripped!
Rock sailed beneath.
Float, under, float.
Back to the cold.
Back to the chill.
As waters rose.
And waters drowned.
O little rock, don't be sad.
For waters ebb.
And relents.
Calm -
A roar!
Clamoring!
Against the stillness
Splash!
And rock sailed beneath.
Back to the land.
Back to the warmth.
Shielded.
Armed like a knight.
Serene, resistant.
My scribbled letters on my tiny notebook, now out in the open. Your thoughts are welcome and appreciated. I hope you liked it. Thank you. :)
