"bro" i said waking up to a loud ass alarm and a bad ass headache "who the fuck put alarms on saturday"
"oh i'm sorry i had to put a timer for my mask" briana said walking out the bathroom with this green mask on and smiling "how'd you sleep"
"i slept alright but this headache tho, hitting ode hard" i said shaking my head. i picked up my phone and seen i had a missed call from my mom. i called her back
"hello" i said rubbing my eyes
"heyy mamas baby how you feeling" she said
"i'm feeling better" i said looking at bri and she gave me this "stop lying" look and i laughed
"that's good" she said "i called to tell you that i am having a get together for your coming back"
"ma now you know" i said with a straight face
"whattt, i feel like it's a good idea, everybody miss the get togethers and they miss you. haven't seen you in a long ass time. aunties, uncles, your grandma can't make it tho"
" mmcht ma i'm not going if grandma not there" i said whining
"girl no you gots to go it's basically your get together" she said with attitude

"oh it already started, what time do you think it is right now it's not morning" she said and i looked at the time to see that it was 4
"omg, okay let me get ready then i'll come"
"aii baby see you later" she said then hung up. i laid back and sighed
"what happened" bri said from the bathroom
"you know how i was like i wanna take everybody out because it was my first day out the hospital and like it never happened" i said chuckling "well it can't happen like again cuz my mom is having another get together"
"ouu i haven't been to one of those in a minute, in the bronx they used to go on till the next day i swear" briana said coming into the room "i can come" she asked smiling
"i mean yeah why not" i said getting up going to the dresser
"we all should all go then, aiden, draco, jamilah and yeah" bri said smiling
"yeah that make sense, what you wearing" i asked her and she shrugged. she came over to me and hugged me and started kissing all over my face. i let her do it for a while and then pushed her off of me
"disgusting" i said jokingly
"oh so now it's disgusting" she said laughing "nah but ima wear that hoodie i had got from kp"
"what hoodie" i asked confused
"i showed you it yesterday" she said and i just looked at her "you don't remember anything from yesterday"
"uh i got drunk, begged you to stay and i fell asleep" i said and she nodded "why i said something weird"
"no you didn't" she said looking down "go look at the hoodie tho it's over there"
i got up and grabbed the hoodie. i opened it and seen it was a picture that i took when we went on the date. she was sleeping and i was smiling. i looked at it in aw. i looked at her and put my bottom lip out and went to hug her
"bitch that is cute" i said smiling and letting go of the hug "omg i'm wearing this" i gave her a kiss and smiled
"why you tryna be like me, i don't wanna match you" she said rolling her eyes
