Chapter Five

Nikkol POV
Next day

After I recovered yesterday, Stefan drove me home and stayed with me to make sure I was okay.

I go down stairs to get food as I'm hungry.

And I see Bella.

"Hey, Bells, what's up" I ask walking into the kitchen.

"Nothing I'm just thinking" She tells me, dismissively.

"Come on Bells what's up" I ask, sorta pressuring her.

"There was another animal attack, it was Waylon that was killed. And when I touched Edward he was like frozen. He skin felt frozen" Bella told me.

I nodded and we left for school as Stefan had come down stairs.

"Hey, Jasper, can I talk to to you" I ask Jasper after getting out of the Jeep and walking over to him.

"Sure, what ya need, darling" Jasper asked.

"Bella is close to figuring it out" I tell him.

He looks at then looks a Stefan.

Stefan nods with my statement.

"Okay, we'll deal with that when the time comes but for now let's just worry about school" He says.

I see Edward follow Bella into the woods.

"And I wasn't kidding when I said I would beat Edward's ass if he hurts Bella in anyway" I tell Jasper.

He just chuckles and nods.

We walk to class.

Hours later

Bella didn't come back to school after that.

I text her saying that I'm going to the Cullens' with Stefan and Jasper.

She said okay.

"Hey, Nikkol, can you come with me" Jasper asks after I get out.

"Sure, where we going" I ask, grabbing his outstretched hand, entwining our fingers.

He grabs my fore arm, pulling me behind him.

"Jump on" He told me.

So I did I jumped on his back and he started speeding into the forest.

We arrive at a meadow, and he puts me down.

"So what are we doing here" I ask.

"I have a question" Jasper says.

"Go ahead" I tell him.

"I want you to be mine" He says to me.

"What, like be your girlfriend" I ask him with a slight smile.

"Yes, so, Nikkol with you be my girlfriend" Jasper asks, you know it's times like this that I spend with Jasper that when he doesn't use his Texan charm that I love as well and when he does use it.

"Yes, I will be you girlfriend, I mean I am pretty great" I say.

He chuckled and pulls me close to him.

"Can I kiss you" He asks.

"Yes" I say, quietly.

He leans in and kisses me.

"So, now what, boyfriend" I ask him, after we pull away.

"Now, we do whatever" He says.

And that's what we did for a good 2 hours.
