The group set out to find a better shelter for themselves. They packed everything back into the truck as Bakugo readied the car. Mina, Kaminari, Sero, and Y/n got into the cargo bed of the truck once again. The truck started and it started to move its way out of the woods.
After her talk with Kirishima, she has been more distant from the group. Mina tried talking to her a few times but all she would get was a hum in return. The car ride was filled with laughter from Sero, Mina, and Kaminari. Y/n stayed silent watching them laugh and joke with each other. She wanted to join them, but she felt as if she would ruin the moment if she tried to.
After hours of riding, they made it into a city. The city had many buildings and businesses surrounding it, unlike the town they left. They drove into a neighborhood that seemed to be abandon. The view of houses made Y/n nauseous at the sight. It reminded her of her home and how it was in ruins from being bombed.
Bakugo pulled up to a house that was still incontact and not broken. He got out the car as the others waited; he knocked on the door calling out to see if anyone lived there. There was no answer in return, so he broke the door nob breaking into the house. The others took this as a cue to get out of the truck and go into the house.
The house had a modern feel to it as they explored around. Denki plopped down onto the couch while Mina ran around trying to claim the best room. Sero checked the refrigerator for any food and to see if it still worked. Kirishima also looked to see how many rooms they had. Y/n walked into the kitchen with Sero and Bakugo and walked up to the sink turning the knob.
"It works..." She said in a monotone voice.
The other two looked towards her direction in shock. "Hell yeah! I can take a shower!" Sero yelled. Bakugo glared at him before he ran off trying to find the bathroom. Sero followed suit also looking for one before Bakugo. Kirishima soon walked into the kitchen after they left. He leaned against the counter clearing his throat for Y/n's attention.
"They have three rooms total in the house, so you will probably have to room with Mina."
She nodded her head, "So where is she?"
He pointed into the living room that was across from the kitchen. She was indeed there sitting on the sofa relaxing. Y/n walked over to her taking a seat beside her.
"We are going to be roommates."
Mina opened one of her eyes glancing at Y/n. She smiled a little picking her head up from the sofa. "Let's go choose a room!" She grabbed Y/n's hand running upstairs were the rooms were located.
Mina opened the first door that she seen but soon regretted it. Bakugo was in the room naked with his towel off. His body was with dripping water from his shower as well as his hair. Mina turned a bright red as her eyes traveled down.
"It's huge," Y/n said in a monotone voice.
"Close the fucking door dumbass!"
Mina quickly closed the door going to the next room over. She was going to open the door but decided to knock not wanting a repeat of what happened. Nobody answered, so she took the opportunity to open the door.
"Our new room!!" Mina yelled running inside.
The room looked like one of a teenager. There was a bookshelf, a queen sized bed, and a bunch of posters from some sort of band. The kid most have been going through a phase since the whole room was practically black with some red. Mina plopped down onto the bed letting out a long sigh of relaxation.
