Sam's POV

"Did you know him, Care?" I ask Caroline

"Kind of, just stay away from him he's a bad person, Ok" she says looking serious

"You don't have to ask me twice" I say grabbing my phone.

When I woke up at Carolines she was already awake, so I got dressed and left.

I walked home slowly looking around me every second.

"Hey" I heard a feminin voice say

"Ooh, God you scared me!" I say jumping back

"Sorry, Im Rebekah, it's just I'm new round here and do you know were the Mystic Grill is, supposedly were everyone goes?" She asks me

"Yeah, if you don't have many friends I could be your friend and show you around a bit, I'm Samantha but you can call me Sam" I say

"Thanks" she says

"But I have to go home and get changed first, Okay?" I say

"Sure" she answers back not moving

"Well you comming or not" I say walking forward but looking back

So she followed me down the street to my house. When we arrived I walked in, but Rebekah stoped at the door.

"You can come in" I say walking up the stairs to my room

"I like your room" she says to me

"Thanks I think it's a bit plain though" I say back

I get changed in my bedroom's bathroom while Rebekah sat on my bed.

"So where do you wanna go first?" I ask

"How about the Grill?" She says all bubbly

So we walk down to the Grill, when we get there we sit down and start talking about boys I suddenly remembered about that man.

"Hey have you seen a creepy man round here, he has messy blonde hair, with ice blue eyes and is really hot, but when you look into his eyes you get freakin scared?" I say giving lots of detail as my head scans the room

"Why......Uuu is that your crush?" She says

"No....no...no it's just he's creepy"Protesting back

It felt like we had been talking for like 10minutes but it had been 6 hours, so Rebekah asked if I wanted walking home, but I said I'll be fine.

Klaus' POV

As Samantha walked home (I had been watching her and Rebekah almost all day) a woman jumped out at her, she had long black hair, and ripped into her neck.

I had to do something, so I sped over to them and ripped out the woman's heart. I caught Samantha just before she hit the ground. I bit into my wrist and forced it to her lips making her drink it.

I looked into her eyes ready to compel her, and said "Forget what just happened you tripped and fell on the floor that's all" and then I disappeared, I couldn't let her see me.

Sam's POV

I got up from the ground and thought through what had just happened:

I just got attacked by a vampire and the mysterious man ripped out that woman's heart saving me, but why did he tell me I just tripped, I didn't just trip!

I ran home as fast as I could terrified, when I got home my sister saw me run up to my room.

"Samantha?!" She asked shouting

She ran up to my room.

"Vampires" I mumbled

"What, what happened?" She asked

"I got attacked, it was a Vampire!" I shouted

My sister took out her phone and called Elena telling her to bring the others.

"Shhh it's going to be fine" she says pulling my body closer to hers

When everyone got here I was told to walk into the living room so I did, I sat on the sofa.

"Hey I'm Damon, a man said with black hair"

"So you know how I introduced you to my boyfriend Stefan?" She said

"Yeah?" I say confused

"Well he's a vampire and so is his brother Damon, Caroline got turned in to one, Tyler is a mix between a werewolf and a vampire, a hybrid and Bonnie here is a witch" Elena says to me

I sat there mouth wide open.

"Who saved you?" Said Damon

"It was that man" I say looking up at Caroline

"Klaus" Caroline says with a disturbing look on her face

"He tried to kill almost all of us, what can I do?" Caroline says to Elena

"He did?" I ask

"Yeah!" Caroline says her voice changing

"And why can't we kill him?!" I say standing up

"We can't he can't be killed, apart from the white Oak stake" Stefan says

"What else do I need to know?" I ask

"Well he has a brother called Elijah and a sister called Rebekah" Damon says

"Wait what!?" I shout

"A brother called-" Damon tries to explain again

"No his sister, I hung out with her today" I say back

"Well stay away" my sister says standing behind him

The next chapter is where the real action comes in!
