When the blame is on the wrong person

Sam's POV

I was still lying in Klaus' bed awake, although I had got so tiered I coulden't keep my eyes open, suddenly I had hands on my waist, I turned around on the bed, and screamed, it was Jake, I ran into Rebekah's room waking her and Elijah up, a couple of seconds later Klaus walked in to Rebekah's room

"What the hell?" he looked at me

"It was you?" I ask confused

"Of course, who did.....? You thought I was Jake?" After he finished his sentence I dropped to the ground throwing up

"It's the curse its making me see things" I said looking up at him

Elijah then walked in asking what was happening

"Did you find anything about the curse?" Klaus asked him

"Im working on it" He answerd back looking down at me

Klaus picked me up

"Come on" as he carryed me back to his room he turned back to look at Elijah

I finally got to sleep a couple of hours later

When I woke up Klaus was still in bed with me, I layed there staring at his perfect features, when a loud continuous banging on the door made me jump, I went downstairs in just my underwear and one of Klaus' long shirts, I opened the door to see the police

"You are under arrest for the murder of Jake Lee, anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law" as the police lady wizzed me around hand cuffing my arms behind my back, they dragged me away as I cryed and screamed out 'NO' over and over

I turnd around to see Klaus running towards me, but as if everyone was in slow motion, Elijah then came racing to the door followed by Rebekah, as Klaus came towards me one of the police staked him

"NO!" I screamed as they shot bullets at Elijah and Rebekah, I then loked down at Klaus crying out loud

They shoved me in the car and took me to prison, I was praying and hoping someone would come for me, after 3 days I was allowed visitors, Klaus was the first

"I'm going to get you out" he said

"I'm Okay" I smiled 

"You're wearing a jumpsuit and your in prison, your not Okay" He said looking back at one of the cops

"I can take these people and the-" he tryed to convince me

"Klaus, they know you're a vampire, they may not be able to kill you but they can lock you up, there are hundreds of cops in this place" I cut him off

"Okay...visiting ours are over" one of the cops said and walked over to me

"Watch it" Klaus snapped at him, so I grabbed his hand and looked at him

Klaus' POV

I went home after visiting Sam

"What was she like, was she like all scruffy like in those films?" Rebekah asked

I sped over to her grabbing her by her throat

"Did you seriously just say that!?" I screamed in her face

I went up to bed and at about 3:00 a.m. I got a call from Damon

"What!?" I say

"You might want to get down to the police station quick, Sam's seems to be extreemly ill, and vampire blood dosn't seem to work" He whispers down the phone

"Its the curse, I'll be right there" I set off already

When I get there the doctors are there, I try to push past everyone

"Excuseme, there are noo more visitors" someone pushes me back, so I sna his neck rushing over to Sam

"Hey" she said with a croaky voice

"Hey" I grabb her hand

"So this would be so much more romantic if we wernt in a police station, and if I wasn't dying" she smiles putting her arm around my neck

"You're not going to die" I say letting a tear run down my face, she kisses me and I hold her up, when she lets go I look at her

"Sam? Sam?! Sam, wake up!!!" I shouted and everyone came running in to see me crying

"My blood, she will come back as a vampire wright?" Damon says

"No-" I put my head down

"Yes, yes, its only your blood that dosn't work on her Niklaus, but our's will" He looks at me 

"I'm sorry"I kiss Sam's head

After this Chapter I am either going to make one more chapter and make a book 2 or just carry it on, please coment wich you prefere!!!
