Lani's POV: I woke up with a migraine and I didn't really feel good but I had to pull it off because today we moving to Jersey. I check the time it's 7:00am. After like 10mins I finally get up and do my daily routine except makeup. I brush my teeth, took a shower, did my skin care and all that. I just put on something comfy because we have like an hour long drive.

After about 20mins later we went to go pick up Alyssa. We pull up to her house me and my mom go inside.
MM= my mom LM= Lyssa mom
We walk in and see Lyssa dad lying on the couch sleeping. There where cigarette packs and beer bottles everywhere. Lyssa and her mom came downstairs we all hugged. Lani- Lyssa you ready? Lyssa- yeah, she said smiling. I helped Lyssa carry her stuff to the car while our moms were having a conversation. MM- you know you come stay with us if you need and call me if you need me. LM- ofc! Lyssa- bye mommy im gonna miss you 🥺 she said hugging her. LM- I'm gonna miss you too baby 🥺. Mm- you girls ready. Lani- yes, Lyssa what about you? Lyssa- yeah We get in the car and leave. Lyssa- can we get something to eat? MM- sure! What do you want? Lyssa- McDonald's We get to McDonald's and we go inside to eat. We all order a sausage and biscuit and hash browns and orange juice. We find a table and sit. MM- you girls excited to go to an new school? Lani- yes and no MM- what do you mean yes and no she said laughing. Lyssa- No because we gon miss all our friends and that's the only highschool we've been to. Lani- Yes because we are going to be going to the same school as Bella and Cami. Plus I think jersey ppl are wayy nicer than New York ppl. MM- I pretty sure you girls would like it here. Y'all only got like a month of school left until y'all graduate. Lani- yessirrrrr Lyssa- as we should MM- have y'all thought about college? Lani- about that, mom we don't wanna go to college. I said looking over a Lyssa. MM- it's fine you don't have to go just yet. You can go to college anytime. Lani- yes im happy you understand. Lyssa- I hate school im never going to college. Lani- same tbh We ate and headed to Jersey. We were vibing in the car listings to our favorite songs. MM- We here she said turning down the music. Lyssa- damn, that drive was lowkey short Lani- right
I look at the at the time and it's 9:00.
