my family was so good and perfect .. it wasnt always just me and my mom . It was me , my brother , and my dad . Until my dad cheated on my with her best friend.. after that everything went downhill .. my mom start struggling a little so she got two more jobs , she stop cooking , and she would come home late asl some days . but i do respect her because of her hustle or what not but i wish things to go back how they used to be . my brother went off to live with my dad doing god knows what . we used to be soo close  but now we dont text we just ft from time to time because he come and check on me . he is one year older than so hes a senior also .  i always DREAMED about when i got older how im going to be an entrepreneur and own my own shoe store and clothing also , taking care of my mom basically being a boss bitchh.

"girl just talk to him" .. destiny kept telling me as we sat in
"he keep coming up to me about it and it's getting annoying" she continued

"i just feel like we moving to fast like i feel like a hoe" i said sighing

"girl for one youre not a hoe calm down .. just tell him how you feel"

"ok ok" i said as the bell rung

i found amoura and we start walking to gym together

" well girll in class today he looked real irritated"

"ima talk to him" i said as we was walking in gym

"girl idk he probably left or he skippin"

"nique they trying to take him away" she said sobbing

"take who away" i said confused

" your brother nique he's been shot three times"

" o my godd, where is he?" i said crying

"at the hospital he's in critical condition" she said calming down

"nique stay yo ass in school for the last hour then come yo ass better bot leave that school"

"mmcht ok mom bye" i said crying walking out the gym goin to the bathroom

as i was walking i heard ppl talking so i put my head down but that voice sound to familiar i lift my head up to see tarzan hugging a girl with his hands hangin dangerously low which made more tears run down my face . he looked at me and i quickly put my head down.

" nique u okay" he said trying to catch to walk beside me
" i know u hear me talking to you"
"leave me alone go finish talkin to your gf" i said going in the bathroom .

i looked at myself in the mirror and start breaking down crying i slid down the wall and put my knees to my chest . i cant lose him .. i cantt
