okay so....*tongue click* I just had my first panic attack-

okay so get this. I was walking through the store with my parents when I started scratching the palm of my hand ok? The itching just kept getting worse for a while before it suddenly just stopped. After it stopped I saw there was a couple people around us and then that's when it started, I couldn't breath, my eyes started to water up and I didn't know what the heck was going on. My dad noticed and was like "hey why are you crying?" I respond like "I-I don't know" while trying to just laugh it off. However, apparently i wasn't supposed to laugh it off because it got worse, I was at the point where i could barely breath at all and tears were streaming down my face like a fucking waterfall, it was embarrassing but i couldn't stop. Luckily for me, my dad studied as a doctor for a while so he knew what was happening and pulled me into a hug. I was able to calm down after 5 minutes so that's good at least.

Now here I am writing my experience to you guys! Let me tell you that- It's not fun, at all. it's a horrible feeling, so those of you with stress or anxiety, find something that calms you down when you feel yourself getting signs of a panic attack. I would recommend searching up other symptoms than just look for the ones that i had since not everyone experiences things the same way, but mine was not being able to breath, feeling like everyone's staring, feeling nauseous and crying, a lot.
