Edited to fix past mistakes!

Two days later, Hallie and Sam meet on the rooftop to have lunch, per usual. Sam turns over to Alex very seriously and states, "T-Rex, I have a question." Alex, surprised by her boldness, looks at her very nervously, "W-what's up, Ant?" He asks very nervously, with an obvious stutter. "You've been acting more nervous around me lately, is everything alright, did I do something wrong?" They ask, knowing what he might say.

"NO!" He blurts out loudly, "No, Ant, you didn't do anything wrong, everything is fine..." He says, obviously lying. "Mhm, sure," Sam replies, knowing he's lying.

After school had ended, Alex was walking out of school, when suddenly he was being blocked by a mysterious person that he had recognized. "Hey, baby~! Ready for our date today?" The mysterious woman asked a little bit too loudly. "U-uh yeah! Totally." Alex jumbled out, physically startled.

A girl from his class looks over in shock, as she had heard the entire conversation. She runs over to her friend group to tell them the shocking news.

The next day, as Hallie and Sam were walking into the school campus, two girls were talking. Hallie overhears one of them saying "OMG! I feel so bad for Hallie!", then suddenly someone came up from behind and practically shouted "Hallie! If you need to talk to someone, you can always speak to me!" "Thanks?" Hallie responded, unsure what was going on. Hallie glances in confusion at Sam, when the suddenly spoke, "I'll look into it, don't worry." "Thanks, Sam"

As Sam was in their coding, well also hacking, class, the teacher of said class walked up to them during independent study. "Sam, what are you working on here?" The teacher asked, adjusting his glasses to see better. "Oh! Uhm- I'm trying to hack into my phone" Sam responded nervously. "But only a few people know how to do that!" "It's worth a shot, anyway." Sam quickly said, trying to get him to leave them alone. He was a bit creepy.

As the teacher walked off, Sam gained access to the bystanders' phone, you know, the one being like 'OMG!' yeah, hers. 'What the, he did what?' Sam thought, 'I need to update Hallie with screenshots.'

Ant: attachment: 1 movie

Hals: What.

Hals: Is this for real?

Ant: Yeah, sadly

Hals: I need to go, bye

Ant: Bye

As soon as Sam left their class, she hears yelling in the halls, "I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU, ALEX!" A familiar voice screams, "W-wait, baby, I can explain!" Alex states nervously, "DON'T CALL ME BABY!" Hallie screams, once again. "Okay, okay! Just please calm down." "Woah, woah, woah! What's going on here?" Sam interjects. "She just started yelling at me, and she's not even telling me why!" Alex rambles, before he can say anything else, Sam pulls out their phone and shows the screenshots and videos to him.

"H-huh?!" He utters, very nervously. "Mhm" is the only thing that Sam could hum, as she was on the verge of tearing him apart. "Wait! Hallie! I swear it's not what it looks like, please believe me!" Alex declares, very desperately. Sam then puts their hand on Alex to shut him up, then walks away with Hallie.

Alex goes silent as the crowd disperses, and two noticeably tall adult figures push through it, getting to Alex. "Alex, we have finally found you! The school is letting us interview the students about the Liberty Killer." The masculine figure spoke, almost excitedly. "Alright, lead the way." Alex responds, pushing his negative emotions into the back of his mind. And the, now three, people push through the crowded halls.

(A/N: Sorry for the lack of updates this year, I'm very bad at managing what I'm doing, and I'm trying my hardest to try and get into the swing of things again, so bear with my very slow updates! I have all of the chapters planned out and written [well, up to chapter 20], I just need to add details, which I don't quite enjoy doing, so take this for a bit!)
