"Sir, we may have found Luca's location" an unknown voice announced
"Really? Is it his actual location, not just a place he's using for a moment?" Lance questioned
"That we don't know yet, we do know that he's staying with someone"
"Who's the homeowner?" He asked
"That we don't know sir, we're figuring that out"
The unidentified man tossed a vanilla envelope to Lance, he quickly grabbed it and scanned the context that was in it
"Go to that location now! And don't let anyone see you" Lance placed the envelope on his desk and tapped his fingers, how was Luca able to escape the police this long without anyone noticing him?
Lance slammed his hand on the table, the sound of his office door made him look up. It was his sister Mary
"How's it going with Luca?" She asked sweetly
"We found his location, but they don't know who he's hiding with" Lance let out a strong sigh and held his head
"You know he can't be out in the real world Lance, you have to put him back" Mary spoke
Deep down Lance knew that what he was doing was wrong, but Mary was right. Luca is highly unstable and needs to be on medication.
"I understand that Mary, but please give me some time"
Mary nodded her head and left Lance in his thoughts, she knew that Lance would do anything she says. No matter if she was in the wrong or not, she had him wrapped around her finger

"Luca, come on. We're going to go meet my mom again" Alani called out to him
Luca quickly made his way down to Alani, he was excited to see Alani's little brother again. Being around a kid made him feel like a child again, playing with legos, drawing, etc. He loved it all.
"Where did my mom them go?" He asked while looking around
"Your mom took them to get groceries, they'll be back. I promise" Alani smiled at him
Luca didn't question it after that, he left it
"First, you gotta take this" Alani opened the pill bottle, took out two tabs and handed them to Luca. She grabbed her water bottle, opened it and handed to him.
Luca, quickly popped the two pills in his mouth. Leaned his head back and took a swig from the water bottle.
"Say AH" Alani said
Luca opened his mouth as wide as he could to show that he swallowed the pills. Alani gave him a quick kiss on the cheek and opened the front door
"Do I have to wear the jacket every time we leave?" Luca wondered
"Yes, baby, you don't want them recognizing you do you?"
Luca shook his head no and pulled the hoodie up over his head, Alani quickly unlocked the car so, Luca could get in.
Luca, got into the front seat and laid the chair all the way back, just how he liked it. He could get a quick nap easier with the seat like that.
Starting up the car, Alani backed out of her drive way and continued to her mother's house.
Aaliyah opened the door and allowed her daughter and Luca's to enter into her home
"Hey mommy" Alani gave her mother a nice hug.
"Hey Luca" Aaliyah said, she was still quite suspicious of him, but she wanted to try and understand him just like Alani did
"LUCA!" Mason yelled as he ran downstairs into Luca's arms
"Hey, little man!" Luca picked mason up and smiled.
It warmed Alani's heart at the sight, how could anyone think that Luca was truly evil? Or dangerous? He had a heart of gold.
Luca put mason down and sat on the couch
"Wait right here, I'm gonna go get my toys" Mason happily replied and ran back upstairs.
"Alani, come here please" Aaliyah called out from the kitchen
"Stay here" Alani told Luca as she went into the kitchen where her mom was. Luca looked around the house a seen multiple pictures of Alani's family. Including her father, Luca got up and grabbed the picture and took a closer look. Alani's little face had a smile while her father seemed sickly, he had dark circles.
"I'm back" Mason said while carrying a tub of toys, the sound of Mason made Luca put the picture down and sit back on the couch.
"Where's your dad?" Luca asked
Mason shrugged his shoulders and took out various of toys
"He died before I was born, never met him" Mason said nonchalantly, but he was telling the truth. His father did pass before he was born, made Aaliyah's life harder for her.
"What are you gonna do if the police catch you with him" Aaliyah asked Alani
"I'll corporate, there's nothing I can do. I'm definitely not gonna run" Alani sighed, really, she didn't have a plan if she got caught with Luca. It's not like she can tell them Luca meant no harm and they'll listen; she was ready to take the fall for Luca anyday, he deserved to have a normal life like her and her mom.
"Alani, what am I going to do with you" Aaliyah took a sip from her cup
"Mom, you see that he's not dangerous. There's no need to turn him in or anything, I just want everyone to see that he's not what the media portray him as, his own father is determined to have him put down like an animal! He has no one mom" Alani, eyes started to tear up. This is exactly what happened with her father, he was pushed away because he was different and no one wanted to help him
Aaliyah gave her daughter a tight hug
"I raised an amazing daughter" she smiled
Alani walked out of the kitchen and into the living room to check on Luca and Mason, just to see them drawing
"Here Alani, this is for you" Luca handed Alani a picture that he drew
"This is beautiful Luca, you're extremely talented" she looked at the well drawn portrait of her and smiled
Her phone made her snap out of the trance she was in, she quickly answered her phone
"Hello?"
"Someone ransacked your house!, come home quick" Luna yelled over the phone
"I'll be right here!" Alani, hung up and put her phone back into her pocket
"We gotta go Luca, now, mom we'll be back next week" she exclamation
"O-okay" Aaliyah replied "please be safe!"

"Sir, we went to the location like you asked us too, but he wasn't there. Nobody was"
"Damnit!" Lance yelled
"But we did find the homeowners name" quickly sliding a document towards Lance
Lance picked it up and looked through it and snickered to himself, this is the person who has been hiding his son all this long time?
"I'll be giving Ms.Alani a visit soon" he smiled
