"Check mate!" Lauren yelled out as she took Luke's pawn
"Cheater" Luke rolled his eyes
"Or, you just suck" Lauren smiled
As Lauren collected all the pawns for a new game, Luna frantically bursted through the door, startling both Luke and Lauren
"Luca went to go find Mary!" Luna yelled
"What!? Who is he with?" Lauren stood up quickly
"Himself!"
"What do you mean he went by himself!" Lauren yelled out
"He just got up and left, we were with your father and he just left after mumbling to himself" Luna said
"He must know where Mary is" Luke jumped in
"I don't care! He doesn't need to be by himself with her, you know what Mary is capable of! She'll kill him and Alani" Lauren continued to shout out.
Lauren didn't want Luca by himself, knowing the horrible and disgusting things Mary has done to him. She wasn't able to protect her brother then, but she'll be damned if she'll allow him to get hurt once more.
"We have to go after him, now, we can't just sit here"
"As much as I hate to say it, she's right mom. We can't allow him to do this on his own" Luke agreed
"Luckily for us, Luca still has the phone you guys gave him. Maybe we can track it? Only he knows where Mary is" Luna asked
"Luke, track his phone now!" Lauren yelled
"Okay, okay, you don't have to yell" Luke pulled his laptop from under the couch and quickly typed in the phone number hat was programmed too Luca's phone
Only Luke and Lauren were able to see his exact location and what time he's arrived at the location, with this technology. It made it hard for anyone to know where Luca was, including their own father.
"He's at an abandoned house" Luke quickly took a picture of Luca's location and pushed the laptop to the side.
"Come on, we don't have much time! We have to get there quick" Lauren yelled as she grabbed her car keys and hurried to the front door

"Mary, I'm here. Just me, like you asked" Luca calmly said as he stepped foot in the run down house, stepping on dirt and twigs. The house brought back memories
Terrible memories
As he scanned the area, he could see photos of him placed on every part of the wall. From when he was a toddler, from him being the metal facility and even now, pictures of him an Alani ripped apart on the coffee table.
Picking up the picture, he shivered at the bright red heart that was around his face. He knew Mary was sick but not this sick. Feeling disgusted, he quickly threw the picture on the ground.
"Luca, baby! Im so happy you're here" Mary beamed with happiness
"Where is she" Luca said while staring at the picture of Alani
"That's what you came here for?" Mary pouted
"Here I am, thinking you came here for me!"
Slowly averting his gaze towards Mary, all he could see was red. But, he knew, if he killed her; he wouldn't be able to find Alani.
He knew that he had to play it safe and smart or everything would crack under pressure.
"I just wanna know if you finally took care of her" Luca smiled
