you, tory and sam stood on a stole with your drinks a hand with one foot up.
although you were at rocky moments with hawk right now he still stood by with miguel watching you closely.
you three were now four shots in before moon came out and took hawk inside the house by the hand.
you felt anger in you chest. he had just been telling you how you were never a second choice or anything by that matter but yet here we were back to square one.
"cant hold your liquor?" tory said taunting sam, while you were there watching the feud between the two, while miguel was cheering the two of you on.
meanwhile inside the house hawk was getting lectured by moon.
"how are you going to bring your girlfriend here and look at me like that?!" moon yelled.
"you got to understand you were my first girlfriend and it's only been like three weeks." hawk said confused.
"then why didn't you wait longer?!" moon shouted again, "i'm not mad that you moved on fast. i'm mad because she's a good girl and you're pulling this shit." moon spat out causing hawk to get caught off guard.
"i like her a lot moon. but like i said you were my first girlfriend, i can't just look at you acting like we never dated. plus you got a girlfriend! how am i supposed to act?" hawk said, his voicing starting to raise by the second.
"eli moskowitz don't raise your voice at me." moon said sternly, "what i'm saying is explain yourself to her because i can see how much she likes you." moon said with a sigh.
"alright i will. no hard feelings?" hawk said opening his arms for a hug.
"none at all." moon smiled, "just stop being a dick." moon said as she hugged him back.
moon went to go talk with her girlfriend and hawk tried going outside but not before demetri had some things to say about him.
meanwhile outside you three were still going at it, sam started to stumble a little and so did tory and you.
you usually didn't hold out this long because everyone would've fell by now but i guess not in la.
but next thing you knew someone was walking behind your chair and decided to kick it to the ground causing your back and your head it hit the cement.
"what the hell man?!" miguel shouted pushing the guy who pushed your stool.
"miguel it's okay i'm fine." you muttered while you grabbed your head.
miguel let the man go, but not too long after tory fell as well deeming sam the winner of the drinking game.
"you should've let miguel beat that dudes ass." tory said clearly upset about losing to sam and you being pushed off.
"it's fine we don't need that." you said holding the back of your head, "i need ice." you muttered.
"miguel can go with you ima clean up." tory said as she made her way inside the house and up the stairs.
you and miguel walked inside the house to see hawk looking embarrassed on the couch as miguel had his arm around your shoulder.
"what happened?" demetri said walking up to the both of you.
"some asshole pushed her off a the stool she was standing on." miguel said with anger in his voice.
"who." another voice as heard from behind, said causing you to jump a little.
"i don't know." miguel answered to the red haired mohawk behind them.
"just tell me what they look like and i'll beat their ass." hawk muttered causing you to scoff.
"no i think your to busy fawning over moon." you spat out causing miguel to look at hawk and then you with a confused look.
"it's not that it's th-" hawk said before you walked away to the fridge and got ice.
"i don't feel like arguing right now just let me rest." you mumbled not wanting to look hawk in his eyes.
"you can hang with me." demetri said causing you to nod in agreement.
"y/n i'll be back. tell tory i had to talk to someone." miguel said as he made his way to the dark outside.
hawk tried to be there, but he didn't want too because of what demetri had said about him. causing him to walk away.
"i thought he'd at least try and comfort me." you scoffed causing demetri to look at you.
"look i know eli, and he does like you." demetri said, "but you get mad at him for looking at his girlfriend how do you think he feels when you hang out with miguel all the time." demetri said.
"but miguel and i are just friends. him and moon had something, they kissed he got a tattoo with her name for shits sake." you said while you looked at demetri.
"that's true. but he used to be a nobody, he used to get bullied which is ironic cause now he does the bullying." demetri said, "but just go easy on him." demetri said with a smile causing you to smile back.
it hurt you, demetri was hawk's best friend. but he was getting tormented by him and yet he still tried to protect him in you're arguments.
you were about to say something before sirens and red and blue lights filled the entire house.
people started yelling cops as you and demetri quickly got up, and you looked around for your boyfriend and your friends.
you saw miguel quickly run back inside calling tory but there was no answer. you looked around and saw moon and approached her.
"moon have you seen eli?" you asked quickly as the cops started making their way closer to the house.
"he left a while ago." moon shouted causing you to sigh.
"y/n lets go!" miguel shouted grabbing you by the arm and running out the house and into the streets.
the two of you ran for a while before coming to a stop. the walk was quiet and you could see something bothering miguel.
"what happened?" you asked stopping in your tracks looking at miguel with a concerned face.
"i kissed sam."
