(before this starts i would like to say thank you so much for supporting and continuing to support my story. this chapter has nothing to do with what's happening but it's just a little valentine's day with you and hawk )
"JESUS FUCKING CHRIST" you yelled from the top of your lungs as your finger started stinging from touching the melted chocolate.
"babe, why did you even do that?" hawk asked starring at your finger that was covered in chocolate.
"the strawberry fell and i was tryna put it back on the stick." you mumbled before hawk grabbed your finger and sucked the chocolate off of it.
you felt your heartbeat speed up as you started at him with wide eyes and he stared back with a mischievous grin.
"why would YOU DO THAT." you shouted and hid your face in embarrassment as hawk laughed. "it helped didn't it?" he asked while he grabbed your hand.
"shut up pigeon i'm trying to do something." you mumbled quickly as you went back to swirling the strawberries in the chocolate.
after you finished making your whole container of strawberries hawk and you sat on the table eating your delicious sweets and enjoying valentine's day together.
hawk's appearance looked different. he didn't have his hair in a mohawk, instead it was down and parted in the middle as he wore a black flannel a necklace and rings.
as you took a bite from the strawberry hawk took out his phone and snapped a photo of you catching you off guard.
"beautiful." he muttered causing your lips to turn upwards, "course i am." you said in a sarcastic tone causing hawk to laugh.
"i got you something." he said standing up and taking a small box from out of his pocket.
he handed the small box to you and you gently opened it revealing a heart shaped guitar pick necklace.
"eli," you said starring at the necklace in awe, "thank you so much." you said getting up to hug him.
"it's not even the best part." hawk said pulling away from the embrace, "look at the back." he said as you turned the necklace to the back and read the words
"moskowitz."
while you starred at the necklace with glimmer of tears forming in your eyes hawk put on music and holding his hand out to you.
"may i have this dance m'lady." he said causing you to laugh as you took his hand, "yes you may." you replied back as he pulled you closer to him and the two of you began swaying side to side.
"happy valentine's day my love." hawk said as he pressed his lips on yours.
"happy valentine's day pigeon."
