= At a Hidden Bar in the back alley =
A young man with a hood on has entered the bar and ordered a drink. While drinking he was listening to the conversations of the drunkards inside looking at them. The bar is usually full with different types of people that's why it is also a good place to hear gossips about different situations, from the empire state to the situations inside various noble houses.
(person 1): "Hey did you hear about the relationship of the healer lady charlotte and the crown prince (Damian Nerva)?"
(person 2): "Yeah I heard they make a great couple."
(person 3): "Who wouldn't know, everyone's been talking about it a lot."
(person 1): "Yeah, yeah.. they only make a good couple since the lady saved the prince once.. Ahahaha.. she actually ain't that pretty for meh." He commented clearly a little tipsy from the drink.
(person 2): "Careful there mate or the prince might hear ya.. Ahahaha."
(person 3): "If we are talking about beauty the Daughter of the house Callisto is more beautiful.".. "I actually heard from one of my bud who works for the family that the daughter is building a new green house. I wonder if we could catch a good glimpse of her.. Ahahaha."
(person 1): "How bold of ya mate, careful or the duke and young master might gouge ya eyes out..Ahaha." he chuckled while taking gulps of the alcohol.
Soon they talked about the situations and rumors inside the situation inside the palace mostly revolving about the healer and the crown prince.
The hooded man then left after hearing the informations needed. He went to a much darker area and then disappeared, soon he arrived at a passage way behind a huge mansion. As he reached at the end of the passage a butler then escorted him outside a room.
The butler knocked on the door asking permission and informing that the information has arrived. The man inside the room replied in a deep melodious voice.
(?man?): " Come in."
The door opened and came in the hooded man. He took of his hood revealing his face and greeted the man sitting inside the room.
(hooded man): "Good evening your grace, I came here to give the nightly report."
(?man?): "Milo.. your back quite early.. well let's hear that report then shall we.."
After a few good minutes Milo told all the things that he knew, but hesitated to tell everything since he thinks that there is no need since some does not involve anything of importance to the empire.
The man felt that he was hesitating for a short while and had an idea why he did, but still decided to ask.
(?man?): "Milo.. I tell me everything.."
(Milo): "I apologize your grace, I simply hesitated because I believe it is of no importance for you to know."
(?man?): "Well now that you said that, It makes me want to hear it more.. now tell me."
Milo sigh helplessly as he heard his master said in a childish type of way, it shows that his master is surely bored so he decided to tell him in the end.
(Milo): " Your grace it was merely just about a small gossip of how the daughter of duke Callisto is said to be more beautiful than lady Charlotte the princes' lover. That is all."
(?man?) "Hmm... is that so.. Milo have you seen the daughter of the house Callisto?"
(Milo): "I believe I have seen her once in the past -when she attended the debutante ball held by the palace for all the debutantes." He said while trying to recall that event.
(Milo): "Why do you ask your grace?"
(?man?): "Nothing in particular.. I wonder how things will turn out this time.. I believe the dukes' house is against the union of the prince and his so called lover."
(Milo): "Your grace if I may say.. I don't think it is a good idea to continue with this marriage especially since the church has just recognize the lady, it will surely become a huge power imbalance and can become a huge thorn for the second princes' faction, and if anyone gets a hold of this power by using the first prince its a very dangerous one."
(?man?): "To be honest I don't care about who descends the throne but if I may choose it has to be someone that has a proper brain to think and train rather than an 'air'... And as for that princes' lover.. we'll see."
