Both Sabrina and Alex went to the palace garden to have their tea time.
"Brother I have brought you your favorite, Lemon pie! I hope you enjoy it."
"Sister you are the best! I will savor this with all my heart, because my dear sister made this. Ill make sure to brag this to father and mother later ahahaha"
"Oh brother, you flatter me, this is the least I could do for my brother who works so hard for the family and the empire."
Sabrina who said this meant two things, and Alex caught a gist of what Sabrina was referring to.
"Well I thank you sister, with your support brother will surely do his best."
After their long break, Sabrina decided it was time to go back finish some things. But just as they return to the entrance where the carriage was waiting, -along the way they encountered the person who Sabrina expected to see.
It was none other than the heroine, Charlotte Adriel. Who came to them slightly running while holding the hem of her dress that makes it flatter even more, creating an illusion of a beautiful person.
Sabrina scoffed underneath her breath, while Alex has a frown on his forehead.
"Alex! I came when I heard that you were taking a break, I was relieved because I know that you have been working endlessly and hasn't taken time for a short break so I came as fast as I could to see you!"
"Miss Charlotte I was indeed taking my break but-.."
"Is that so, then shall we take a break together?... Oh my you have a guest. You have such beautiful friend Alex."
Alex looked at her with dead eyes as she cut him off while speaking, and of course this didn't slip from Sabrinas' eyes, she looked at the heroine coldly for a short while before speaking.
"Good day to you miss Charlotte, I Sabrina Callisto greets her lady."
"...!"
Sabrina curtsied with the utmost grace and beautiful smile that could enchant anyone who sees her. Standing side to side with the heroine anyone could easily tell that Sabrina is more superior than miss heroine, -the person who didn't even greet others properly.
It was obvious that Sabrina did it to point out heroines' lack of etiquette. Not being able to recognize someone of high status and even talking casually is a disgrace and disrespectful act seen by many.
People who were just around the area passing by whispered to one another about the differences of character between the two ladies. Although miss Charlotte was known to be beautiful, it was only because she always wear a smile and emits an aura that makes her look innocent and charming.
But Sabrina is different even if she stands there with a blank face she would still be able to catch other peoples eyes.
Miss heroine who heard all the gossip of others showed a momentary dark expression but quickly dispelled it before anyone noticed. But of course there were who still saw it, especially Sabrina, who gave a slight smirk.
'Miss Charlotte will definitely make a move soon towards me. *sigh*... It was only a short insult and she couldn't even bear it... I am very disappointed.'
Sabrina knew of miss heroines real attitude, thanks to her butterflies but she has to be wary as well since miss heroines has divine attribute (healing magic). She wouldn't be wary of her if not for her family, but since the moment she knew of miss heroines real self, Sabrina couldn't stand that kind of attitude at all, especially now that she is displaying it towards her.
"Oh I am sorry I didn't recognize it was sir Alex's sister, I hope you forgive me."
Charlotte said with a bit of tear in her eyes making her look like a little fragile that could be pitied by others. Though some does look at her with pity, but there are still those who criticize her and were not easily swayed.
"It is no problem miss Charlotte, I understand."
Sabrina said shortly, but the words she said is something that helps emphasize and point out the things that are very sensitive to miss Charlotte. 'That's what you get for disturbing my brother!'.
"Well I don't want to waste and interrupt miss Charlottes time, I am sure that you must be very busy. So I will now take my leave, if you'll excuse me. Good day again miss Charlotte."
Sabrina said her farewell with a gentle smile and left with her brother in tow. But before following her sister, Alex spoke to Charlotte in a monotone voice...
"Miss Adriel as for your offer I will decline it, I already spent my time with my sister and must get back to work after sending her off, so if you please excuse me, I have to go, Good day miss Adriel."
Alex then continued to escort her sister. Smiling at her he said in a voice that could only be heard by the two of them.
"Thank you sister, you were amazing a while ago, you certainly put her in place."
"Oh brother you flatter me, I was just merely stating what I thought."
"Ah you... well I hope you have a safe journey back home, Ill meet you when I'm finish here."
"Ok... well good luck and be safe brother, I'm off."
