My baby girl

I wake up to the sound of a soft knock at my bedroom door, I check the time and it's about 1 am. I get up and open the door to reveal my 6-year-old daughter, Bailey standing there with her teddy "what's wrong honey?" I ask her she looks up at me with her big ocean blue eyes "did you have a bad dream baby?" She slightly nods. I pick her up and lay her down in my bed, I pull the covers over her and she falls asleep instantly. I sigh not knowing what to do anymore, this has been happening every day for about 2 weeks now, she won't even tell me what there about. I lay down beside her and fall asleep.

Morning

I wake up and see Bailey still peacefully asleep, it's 8 am now so she should wake up in the next half an hour, giving me time to get myself ready before she wakes up. I get up and go for a shower and get myself ready for the day. As I walk out the bathroom all dressed and ready, Bailey starts to wake up. "Morning angel," I say as I pick her up and kiss her little cheek "hi dada," she replies with a big smile on her face "let's get you ready and then we can go eat breakfast with everyone." I get her changed and we walk downstairs.

"Morning," Addison cheers as she sits Bailey on her chair for me "morning," I reply getting water from the fridge "yo, J we're going to go workout, wanna come?" Bryce yells from the main room. I debate going or not, I mean the gym is only outside and Addison and Nessa are here to take care of Bailey and they both love taking care of her like she's their own. "Yeah, I'll come," I say finally making up my mind "whooooooo! Sway boys workout!!!" Josh says getting all excited "wheres Lee?"

Lee is Bailey's nickname and everyone I'm close with calls her that. "With me," Addi yells giving Bailey her breakfast. "Thanks, Addi," "no worries J. I like taking care of her," she says eyeing Bryce. Everyone knows that Nessa and Addison have major baby fever but Bryce and Josh aren't ready for kids just yet. "Babe, I told you, I'm not ready," Bryce says noticing Addison's look "I know that," "don't get any ideas, Ness," Josh says eyeing Nessa who was now sitting next to Bailey "I wasn't," she replies "are we going or not?" Griffin asks. He's the only single one in the house so he spends his time playing with Brooklyn, studying to be a nurse or working out. "Yea Griff," Noah says as he stands up and walks outside with Griffin and Josh following. Dixie is away right now with Charli so he's been missing her a lot lately

Afternoon

I was sitting on Josh's bed helping him edit an upcoming yt vid when Bailey comes running in. "Hi angel," I say gretting her with a smile which she returns as she finally climbs on the bed, sitting next to me "hi dada," she says overly happily "whys she so happy today?" Josh asks getting a bit suspicious of how happy Bailey is, she normally gets to about this time in the afternoon and just crashes, going into a grumpy mood. "Idk," I answer, also become suspicious "what do you know?"
