once in a lifetime

Chapter 6

I sit down at the chair, Jaime is sitting across me, eating his stake, his mouth is moving so slow, it looks like a it dancing. 

I took five bites from my food, and can stop staring how at him. he is charming, so charming.

"So, Emma. How come I never saw you at some gala before?". He lifts his glass of wine and takes slow sip. I can feel myself drooling.

"Mmmm, I don't usually go to that kind of event". I need water, ASPS.

I take a sip from the water, and his eyes is moving to my lips. staring for two second, his eyes full of emotion I can't manage to understand.

He shakes his head and clear his throth.

"My boss asked me to came to last event. more like he forced me to come". my voice is so low I feel pathetic.

"I guess I need to thank your boss than". he smirks so seductivly I feel my hearth beets so fast.

Before I can think of an answer, my phone starts ringing

sail away with me honey, I put my heart in you hands

"I'm sorry, I forgot to turn it off"

I take my phone from my bag, and I think i'm going to faint

"Everything is ok? you look pale". Jaime askes sounds worried.

"Mmmm, ye.. oh...mmm". and before I know it i'm running, as fast as I can with my heels

I can feel him after me, but i'm still running, I need some fresh air, I need to get out of here.

The name on my phone still on, I can't believe it. It has been so long, how come he is calling me after so long?

I pull my hand up and before I know it, i'm in a taxy, I don't really care about my car right now.

"Just go, please. FAST". I tell the minute I come inside the taxy.

The driver starts driving exaclly when Jaime is coming outside 

"Emma, Emma"

I don't look at him.

The taxy wheels are so loud, but I still can manage to hear Jaime

"Fuck"
