The figures removed the barriers from the car and dissipated into thin air. They couldn't stay for much longer.

Moon-il's father had all the servants come and help them with Moon-il's things and some stuff for the newborn.

Once they were all inside, he had everyone gathered in the main room "As you all know Moon-il has given birth to a girl, Seon-li come forward, the baby here is named Seo Tamara but you will all uphold your silence and call her by Seon-li's surname Jung." Mr. Seo said as the staff stood silent.

"She is to be called Jung Tamara when the Kim family is present, I expect you all to abide by this secret. You are dismissed." He finished as everyone bowed simultaneously and went back to work.

Seon-li had begun walking to the maids sleeping area when Mr. Seo stopped her, "If you don't mind I'd like to be updated of her twice a week. I heard the condition you requested while signing the discharge papers." He whispered as she subconsciously cradled Tamara closer to her and nodded slowly.

He turned away from her and she walked away slowly, smiling at the sleeping baby. The staff were all waiting among the halls to "accidentally" run into Seon-li to just see the baby.

Seon-li smiled at everyone's not so subtleness in seeing Tamara. Every single one of the staff took a peek at the sleeping baby and aw'd in delight.

Whispers were muttered throughout the household at how beautiful the baby was, how did someone so arrogant give birth to such a sweet child, and most of all Seon-li looks sleep deprived but so happy to care for the young Seo baby.

One week.

It had been a week since the arrival of Seo Tamara and Seon-li's caretaking, her mother who wasn't fond of the idea was now constantly taking care of the baby as well in her free time.

She had gone to buy the baby a few onesies and lots of yarn to knit Tamara a hat or a button up sweater.

Seon would frequently go to Moon-il's room to feed Tamara and so that she would see how the baby was doing. Moon-il spent most of her time exercising a bit, eating the nutrients she was told to eat, pumping and going to sleep.

Seon would also report to Mr. Seo of how Tamara was doing during the week. He bought the baby a crib as a thank you for raising Tamara as her own.

A month.

A month passed by as Seon-li told Mr. Seo he didn't need to buy anything for Tamara. She was now only updating him twice a week like he requested before.

Seon-mi, Seon-li's mother had told her she could knit Tamara clothes to save up money for diapers and wipes. Her frequent visits to Moon-il's room decreased as the weeks of the month flew by and would only have Moon-il see Tamara twice a week like she suggested.

Moon-il would do the daily routine since the first day she had arrived home. She had to let Seon-li come in twice a week and when she would Mrs. Seo would occasionally appear.

She'd hold Tamara for the amount of time she took to finish her milk. Moon-ji couldn't lie but grow a bit attached to the month old baby.

Six months.

Moon-il had married Kim Hyung-Sik and was done breastfeeding Tamara who was now taking the formula.

It'd been six months since Moon-il gave birth to Tamara, six months since Seon-il was the substitute mother but, three months since Moon-il married Hyung-Sik a week after her 18th birthday.

Moon-il was also supposed to tell her husband about Tamara but, held it off until she would turn one.

- I've been deleting sum old books that honestly were kinda flops since I didn't have a lot of ideas for them so- wait maybe I could make mini stories or one shots out of them 🤔idk but I hope u guys enjoyed this book so far <3-
