Blake looked down at ben and then over to his mom; he bent down and held bens hand "ben, are you okay what's wrong? Why are you crying" blake asked, "Luna" he cried. Blake looked over at his mom; she was now crying as his dad and sisters went to her, wondering why she was crying. Blake picked up ben and brought him to the front door and went in with a crying almost asleep ben as his dad held his mom close "dad, what is wrong with them" blake asked, "I don't know, son, just bring him inside and will set them down in the living room" Daniel said. Blake followed his family inside as his dad closed the front door.
Blake followed his dad into the living room where his mom sat as he sat ben down next to her "now what do we do" blake asked, "let them calm down and then let's see what they say" Daniel said, "okay sounds great rose, Polly do you want some food" blake asked, "yeah we missed your great cooking" rose, and Polly said. Polly and Rose ran to the kitchen as Blake walked behind them. Ben was crying until he felt like the tears stopped and no more could come out "mom, what are you doing here" ben said. Luna stopped crying and looked at him, ben her long lost son, the man he had grown into the one that looked so much like olive. "Ben, what happened to you? Where have you been? I've been searching for you for over the last ten years; what happened to you," she asked, "mom, I was taken, kidnapped, beaten by moms killers for the past 14 years of my life, then blake found me; why wasn't that person you mom what happened to you," he said. "Well, you know how Blake's father Daniel and I were close; well, we started to see each other more than it turned into marriage and two kids; I'm so sorry that happened to you. I wish I were the one that could've found you," she said. "Well, I'm sorry I was taken, and your life got better. Did you ever think of me, wonder how I was, wonder where I was," he said, "oh ben, of course, I did. I thought of you every day of my life, hoping and praying you would come back to me one day. I missed you," she said. "Bullshit, mom, if you thought of me, you would've found me before the police and blake found me," ben said, "ben, please calm down. I'm sorry, please forgive me. I tried to be the best mom you wanted; what was I suppose to do'' she said. "You should have been looking for me instead of getting together with that guy; why didn't you care about me," ben said. "ben, please, I cared for you very much, and I will always care for you, you are my firstborn always I will always love you," she said, "whatever you say, mom, I know you love those girls more than me," he said. "maybe I do ben but your my first and I will always love you even if you don't show it back and I never see that smiling face again because I know you turned into olive," she said. "Yeah, I did, but I still have all the memories and think all the time why didn't you come in the first five years or the second 5 years," he said, "ben, can't you just move on and forgive me," she said. "You know I don't know what forgive is the only thing I want mother is to move past this and live with Blake my Blake" ben said, "you like each other, don't you," she asked. "what is like all I get is this warm feeling in my stomach when I'm around him," he said, "I'm happy for you ben but will you forgive me ever or will you just leave me in the dark as I did to you," she asked. "I don't know how to forgive or what forgive is, but I do know I want to leave you in my past, mom. I'm happy with blake and want to stay with him," ben said. "That is perfectly fine with me, ben you do whatever you think is right, and I won't get in the way of your happiness but just know I am always here for you don't you forget that," she said. "I know, mom thank you for being there when I was little, but now it's my time to move on, but I'm glad I got to see you again and maybe will see each other again, maybe mom but I did love you once," he said. "I know I loved you too once, ben, but we both moved on, so it's okay now go see blake; I am proud of the man you have become, ben," she said. She then got up and went to the kitchen, where ben followed to see blake happy with his two little sisters and luna glad for Daniel. Blake then came over to ben and wrapped his arms around him as he pulled him in for a hug "are you better now, ben" Blake asked, "yeah, I am, thanks for asking; I missed you" ben said. "I missed you too," Blake said. Ben then went over to the table and saw two little girls.
Blake set a plate in front of ben as he sat down next to him "what is this" ben said, "just try it please and see if you will like it" blake said. Ben took the thing off the plate and wondered what it was. he put it in his mouth. It tasted good, whatever that meant "so how do you like it," Blake asked, "it's good, but I don't know what it is," ben said. "it's a chocolate cookie have you never had one" blake asked, "no my mom never baked she cooked but didn't bake a lot did you make them," ben said. "Yeah, I did when I was in high school. I picked up this hobby, and my sisters begged me to make them when I come home even though we are not coming back," Blake said. "good, but why not don't you like your family" ben said, "yeah, ben I do. Still, they are crazy, and when I'm here, they want me to do every little thing for them; it gets annoying, so I don't come around much' blake said. "Oh, okay, well, I hope you had a good time while your mom and I were figuring out stuff," Ben said, 'yeah, it's cool; what made you two act like that" blake asked. "Well, you see, blake, now don't think it's weird if I tell you this, I don't want to make our relationship weird," ben said, "Hey, anything you tell me won't make it weird," Blake said. Ben just put his hand in Blake's and squeezed it tight "she is my mom, blake, and when we saw each other, we both thought we lost each other a long time ago," ben said. Ben started to cry while blake held him close and hugged him "hey ben, it's okay that's cool that my dad married your mom it's like were brothers" blake said, "yeah, but doesn't that weird you out that we're together" ben said. "haha not at all ben we come from two different mothers, so it's not like we are biological brothers, so it's fine if were together plus we like each other not because of our parents but because we met and got to know each other more' blake said. Ben then stopped crying and smiled. "I think I'm ready to go home with you," ben said, "Yeah, me too, ben," Blake said. Blake picked up ben "hey, put me down" ben said, "no, I want to carry my prince" blake said, "stop" ben said. Blake just smiled as he put ben down "okay, let's go see my dad or do you want to call a taxi" blake asked, "a taxi is fine" ben said. Blake then pulled out his phone and called a taxi service "okay, they will be here soon, so let's sneak out while we can" blake said. Ben then grabbed Blake's hand and ran out of Blake's parent's house.
