Thank you all for voting, option 3 is the winner so we shall see how that turns out. I'd also like to thank @obrienstoes for the seeing the Katherine Pierce quote i put in :) I love the Vampire Diaries and I'm feeling like watching it again when I finish Dynasty. Anyways, enjoy :)

Chapter 17: Probation office

T U E S D A Y 

I wake up on a sofa, looking up at an unfamiliar ceiling. "What?" I whisper and then check my phone and it says it's 4 AM. I stand up suddenly remembering where I am. I find Miguel sleeping on the opposite sofa. I look around for a piece of paper and write:

'Pick you up at 7.45 AM. - Sof'

I walk quietly towards the door and get out of the Miguel's apartment. I ride all the way back to the LaRussos. I walk to my room and fall on my bed, not bothered to change or anything I quickly fall asleep. 

I wake up to my 7.30 alarm, I stand up and lazily go to the bathroom. I shower removing all bits of blood still stuck on my body from yesterday and then put on a black no rips jean with a dark red sweater and a black denim jacket. One high top red converse and the other black. 

I go downstairs and grab a toast, "I'm gonna go to school with Miguel." I tell Amanda.

"It's Tuesday." she says.

"So?" I ask trying not to make it obvious that I've been debating whether i wanna go or not. 

"Robby is getting out." she continues.

"Good for him." i say with a smile as i chug down a glass of OJ. 

Amanda sighs and then adds, "He'll be released by 10 AM." 

I look at her and she smiles. I shrug my shoulders and walk away.

7.50 AM

"Late much." Miguel says as I arrive in front of his house breathlessly.

"I know. Sorry. Over slept. And got ambushed by Amanda." I say through heavy breaths.

"Let's go by car instead." he says laughing at me state and I grimace. He knocks on Johnny's door and he opens it.

"We need a ride to school." Miguel tells Johnny.

"Alright. Get in the car, I'll be here in a minute." Johnny said throwing his keys to Miguel.

"What is this?!" I ask puzzled. 

"Yeah Sensei kinda left his old car by the beach." Miguel tells me scratching the back of his neck.

"Left? Who in their right mind leaves a 2009 Dodge Challenger for a Dodge Caravan? A Fucking Dodge Caravan?!" I almost yell.

"Me." Johnny says and I look at him scoffing.

"of course."

8.10 AM

We arrive at school with just a little spare time as soon as we arrive at school and get our bags checked everyone claps and cheers for Miguel. We see a big poster saying 'Welcome back Miguel'

"I told you i didn't want anything." he tells me smiling.

"It wasn't me." I say putting my hands up in surrender.

Hawk comes and looks at me with hate, "I'm gonna go to my locker. I need a couple of books." Miguel nods and starts talking with Hawk.

I get to my locker and open it sighing. 

It's already 8.15 AM I need to make up my mind soon. 

"What's up?" someone asks me and I look over my locker to find Demetri.
