Ciela's POV
12:30pm

After church, my abuela and I went back to the house to now get dressed up. I planned on bringing her to meet Pop's parents for the first time-and maybe seeing Cedella... depending on how the night went.

"How's this?" I walk in her room wearing a sleek black dress, "Cute?" I turn around for her to see the back.

"Oh no no hija that's too grown for you to be wearing and to go see Bashar's mother? Are you crazy?!" She laughs as I laugh.

"It's not that bad abuela."

"Change."

I go back in my room across the hallway and close my door. I didn't know exactly what to wear. I'd be seeing everyone today. Cedella, her husband, Pop's parents, his aunts probably too.

As I changed into a cheetah print dress I hear the doorbell ring.

"I got it I got it," Abuela groans.

A few seconds later I hear Pop's voice. I walk out the room seeing Pop and Cameron.

"What did you get from the mall?" I ask greeting Cameron first by hugging and kissing his cheek, "Are you okay?" I add.

"Yeah i'm good," Cameron responds before walking into the living room.

"I got-," Pop bends down to kiss me, "Something but ima give it to you later on, you look good though.. like a snackavelli!" He raises his eyebrows.

"Hey i'm right here!" Cameron laughs.

"Don't ear hustle you all the way over there!" Pop laughs making him laugh, "Babe that dress is huggin lemme see," He takes my hand and lifts it above my head twirling me around, "Sheesh!" He laughs making me laugh.

"So, papi go get dressed if you aren't already.." I look to him and say.

"Where are w-," He starts to say before I widen my eyes, "Oh alright give me like ten minutes," He gets up from the couch and goes to his room.

"So how we doing this?" Pop asks as he sits on top of the counter in front of me.

"Well I gotta go to Ella's first to give her her mother's day gift and all, papi and abuela are coming with us to go see your parents so I can give your mom her gift, then leave my car at your house and take your car to go see Cedella."

"When did you plan all this out?" He laughs.

"Like twenty minutes ago, just because I wanna leave abuela with a car to get back here and don't want her finding out about Cedella yet."

"It's gonna come up soon, i'm telling you- you better tell her before someone slips up."

"Who? T? Nah," I shake my head, "He forgets shit so quick.. you could tell him you just ate ass and he'll joke about it for ten minutes then after than roger everything that happened," I walk away making Pop crack up, "You think i'm playing, i'm deadass!" I laugh.

Ella's House , down the block 📍
1:15pm

When we pulled up to Ella's, Jay and Ella were outside already waiting for his baby moms to show up.

"Okay, I'll be quick i'm just gonna go give her something and then come back," I look at Pop then look in the backseat at Cameron and abuela.

"Si si si! No puede-."

"Abuela," I say getting her attention.

"Ciela I heard you," She says before going back to being on the phone.
