IN SMG4: he was/is steves Scarecrow, bob gave him a voice that way they could understand him

In Cannon: He's showed up in "And Marios halloween costume is..." but he said something in another language, but after he said what he said FM attacked Rob, Rob also showed up in SMG3 VS BOWSER VS MARIO

In fannon: he's probobly the "care taker" making sure that everyone is ok.

He also has his hand in getting J-man to convice SMG3 to get to the nether

He also managed to tell Flora before-hand that J-man was an octoling, and showed her a image, but seeing how depressed he got was enough evidence

He also stood up for J-man after he got hypnotized by Ditch Productions

He even tried to make Zant happy by making a Corn and Cotton candy food source.

He (along with everyone else) Tried to convince J-man to not torture himslef after killing melony (the latter being revived by Rizard and Zant) but ofc he and all else, he failed
