In fannon: he comes from another universe (simmiler to Zant) he like zant wishes to merge with his SMG3//Snitch Productions couter-part, he works for J-man to do so.... however he and Zant have un-canny Team rocket bad luck, constantly being thrown into the sky.... this curse happend apparently a bit after the Nario arc
In normal episodes he is not in much
In Arcs, he has a major role.

In the Simp man arc he and Zant fell for hypnossies and covinced J-man to join ditch productions, when J-man joined he too got hipnotised
When Gharahim fell out of hipnosses he was weird almost as Zant was
Gharhim also hellped J-man make a suicide macine, but it backfired and turned J-man into an octoling, much to Gharaims annoyince
