in fannon: he has a lot less apprencess Random wise, this is because he's dead set on either eating cotton candy, or spying on SMG4, In the ARCS however... he's a weirdo that can't seem to take anything serioulsy unless his life is on the line, he's very cowardly, so if it came to his life or J-mans, he'd kill J-man
He seems to care about Gharahim but..... he has a tendencey to annoy him
he like Gharaihim has bad luck to get blasted just like team rocket (I wonder if Nario cast a curse on them when he crushed them)

He willingly gets "Hipnotised" But its reviled that unlike gharhim he wasen't complety hipnotised, he just claims to "Have a strange sensation that J-man lies to get me with my counter-part" So nothing but his loyalites changed
He and Flora's relationship is the most complex, It is rumored that he once tried to Hit on Flora, but seeing as Zant is a crazy-ass she turned him down..... however this was not ever seen on camera, Also, Flora tires of Zant making more messes then needed.
